Founded in 1961 with a vision to popularize Mexican cuisine in North Dakota, Taco Shop has been serving Fargo-Moorhead for over half a century now. From burritos, tacos and enchiladas to tostadas, grinders, fried ice cream, and more, we have something for everyone. We’re glad to state that we’ve been one of the longest-operating restaurants in the Fargo area. The original hot sauce and taco meat recipes served today are the same as they were in 1961. Probably the worst burrito I’ve ever had. The chicken tasted like bland canned chicken and they charged over 2 bucks for chips and salad and we got 10 chips. Hot sauce was like tomato sauce and the salsa im pretty sure is pace.

POOR customer service. I came in at 7pm and told them I wanted to pick up my order at 750pm (which is before they close) and they refused to take my order. I don’t understand what’s the issue if I pay ahead and pick up later?? I guess I’ll take my $100 order to Plaza Azteca where I always get great service.
