I had my birthday at Morts this past Saturday with karaoke. They treated me and my guests like kings and queens. They had the hardest working bar tenders and the food (especially the wings) were next level good. Multiple people said they would be back for food or drinks or both! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

If you are in or near Dayton looking for an upbeat bar and grill with authentic made to order menu then this is a must stop. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming and the staff are very friendly. Plenty of things to do there large screen TVs everywhere, darts, sit down bar, and of course the food. There is something here for everyone and they have delivery services set up. They are famous for their Applewood Smoked Wings and Pizza. Their portions are large and filling. Highly recommended

I can’t say enough good things about Rene.. She works Friday nights at Morts (I wish she would work more there) , but I also have the privilege to be waited on at the golf course by her as well…she’s truly exceptional at both of her jobs as a bartender and server…. She has the best personality—friendly, genuine, and always welcoming….Her attention to detail is second to none; she never misses a beat and somehow manages to make everyone feel like her top priority.
One of the things that really stands out is her ability to anticipate needs—no one ever has an empty glass on her watch….Whether it’s a packed bar or a busy dining shift, she stays on top of everything with professionalism and a great attitude….Her energy and consistency make every visit better.
If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’re in for an excellent experience….She’s simply one of the best in the business. Most businesses in the area could use more people like Rene, she is one of a kind.
