Great little place. Been here for awhile. Greeted immediately and sat shortly after. Waitresses were on top of everything. Food came out hot and fast. Staff here makes you feel like a regular. Food was great along with sides. Will be coming back.

Food is great don’t get me wrong as well the service. I use to go there a lot as a teenager. But prices got absolutely ridiculous. My family of 4 went there each order is $13 at most on the menu. Plus $16 for 2 orders of French toast. Should’ve been like $68 at most. Then drinks were about $10. So TOTAL should’ve been $78 without taxes. Somehow even though they only take cash they charged us $95. Not sure how taxes could possibly be that much. Very sad because I loved this place growing up. Now I’m paying what I would pay at a steakhouse.

Super friendly family staff, treat everyone like regulars, even though we’ve only just discovered it in recent months. Very reasonable prices, especially compared to some of the other “bigger name” Mexican restaurants in Albuquerque.

The best red chile in all of Los Lunas, and some of the best I’ve ever had…. even my Mom says its the best. AJ’s looks a little rough, but exemplifies a traditional family run restaurant. Great food, and they treat you as part of the family.
