They have a huge menu that says they have “Nieve” I asked the lady if they had Nieve and she said “yes, we have nieve” then she proceeds to point to regular Ice-cream that is manufactured in companies, not nieve. So please update your menu if you don’t have nieve. You get peoples hopes up for no reason thinking they’d have the chance to get Mamey, Guayaba, tamarindo etc.

Wow this place takes me back to those hot summers and mom would bring these ice creams and it was El paraíso! Now i take my daughter and will be bring my smallest when she’s old enough to eat her own ice cream.love the old school vibe yet up to date! This place is a land mark!

We were lucky enough to learn about Paleteria El Paraiso in time to work with Leo for our large company volunteer day. Employees were raving about the different flavors, presentation and service. They were so easy to work with from the beginning, very communicative, helpful, transparent and were even able to arrive early at a last minute request. Can’t wait to work with them again!

Paletas absolutely delicious and were a hit at our party. Leo was great from begining to end! We did catering for our event and guests were very happy with paletas, the variety of flavors. Leo was great to work with. Totally recommend Paleteria El Paraiso.

Really fun place! Used to come here a lot and went back a couple days ago, still has that classic parlor vibe and it’s not that far from my place. Very fun to go to, the service is awesome and quick. The food is awesome even if it’s nothing special. Got that retro feel.
