Came here about two weeks ago for lunch because I could smell the food from across the street, from witch I was dropping of a car to a body shop. I originally wanted three tacos de Al pastor, but I was told they were out. He suggested 4 birria tacos for 15 dollars. Best suggestion ever the tacos were stuffed with meat and cheese and the tortilla was really crisp seasoned with oil from the meat. I’m definitely making this my go to spot for lunch when in okeechobee again. And what is up with people and sour cream lol in the reviews.

Taqueria Yanez has certainly made a name for himself in Okeechobee! You can almost guarantee you’ll find this taco trailer at any event hosted in Okeechobee. Normally it’s set up at a local flower shop right on 441 N. The food is always on point and about as authentic as it comes. Good food period. Authentic flavor and ingredients. You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a burrito from here and had a long hair in it Instead I shared my friend’s food and it was the most plain tasting Mexican food I’ve had along with that the rice was hard and the beans were like old soup. I would save your money and try somewhere else in town-super disappointed!
