It’s lovely that there’s a cafe in this building because it’s really convenient for people who are visiting and also the folks who work here, I imagine. The service is a bit slow, especially during breakfast. I think they just have a lot of orders that are called in because many people just come to pick up. The staff are always really lovely and polite. I love that they have a seating area that isn’t usually crowded.

HEALTH HAZARD. I was given moldy ranch sauce, in which the lady in front responded with its just on the sides. Whether you see the mold or no, it’s in the sauce already. She compensated me with 5 dollars? She didn’t go back to check the other sauces either, disgusting. The stores needs to be check for its health grade, because when was the last time they changed out sauces???

Terrific for a coffee shop in an office building! I had a very tasty mushroom cheese burger. The fries were meh. I suggest they copy Wendy’s fries (skin on, less oil)
I took home a side of potato salad that was home-made and shockingly good!
Outstanding service. The staff is efficient, polite and attentive. Considering that they are bombarded with orders in person, by phone and online, they are downright heroic!

Today’s visit to the cafe was incredibly disappointing. Initially, I was informed that my total would be $14.76, but upon checking my receipt, I discovered I had been charged $15.76 instead. This discrepancy left me feeling frustrated and misled.
Adding to my dissatisfaction, I ordered my burger well-done, yet when it arrived, it was only cooked properly on one side, leaving the other side raw. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes for my meal, I was then forced to return it. While they did provide me with a replacement, it took an additional 17 minutes, only to receive a burger that was overly salty. When I complained, the manager says, “next time order ahead of time.” Is he ok?! Keep in mind, they weren’t busy at the time! By this point, my lunch break had elapsed, and I had to reluctantly return to work. Lastly, I am now sick after consuming the burger. The entire experience has left me thoroughly irritated, and I’ll definitely be avoiding that place in the future!!

The pancakes here are 100% better than IHOP-You have to try them!! Under this new management, the service has reached new heights. Migeni and her staff (Issac, Chef Q) go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and is happy to provide recommendations or alternatives.
There are always new daily specials that are delicious and well thought of. Overall, I cannot recommend The Garden Cafe enough. The combination of amazing food, wholesome generosity, and exceptional service makes it a standout dining experience.

The experience was great! I bought a cesar salad and a muffin, my colleague bought a bacon cheddar deluxe, he is someone who is very hard to satisfy and he was beyond thrilled with his meal!! Cant wait to explore this big delicious menu!!!!

Ever since this place was taken over by the new owner the food and service is amazing! Very clean and friendly. The lox bagel is my favorite thing on the menu. They have new specials all the time and the food does not disappoint.
