This place is awesome, not big on the coffee but I’m not big on any ice coffee. That’s not a reflection of their coffee specifically. My Wife and friends absolutely love their coffee. The employees are always super sweet, and super cute.(That part is just an added bonus.) Plus I love the Patio idea for the Spring and Fall. They have an area where you can actually hangout outside instead of just grab and go.

Wonderful coffee. They have fun snacks as well (donuts, craffles etc.) Great customer service. I drink Hot Black Coffee and they are always accommodating to helping me get my drink just like I like it it.

Coffee here is kinda of expensive and customer service is poor. Now, I understand I will pay more here as it is a specialty coffee spot but when customer service is poor it makes me upset. I have purchased the same coffee and was good but this one associate never makes my coffee right. They refuse to remake it. I know what my coffee usually tastes like when I buy it here and if it doesn’t taste the same, or even good, they should fix my coffee. I will not be returning, it’s a shame.

We were passing through and decided to stop. Glad we did because this was easily one of the best iced coffees I’ve ever had! They use little ice cubes and it’s the perfect coffee to ice ratio. Coffee was perfectly sweet and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend and wish it was a little closer to me!

I told my son that “The Fix” is actually better then other popular stores outside the area. He actually doubted me until I proved it to him. Their Mocha Frappe, is probably the second best I’ve ever had, and the first you can’t get in Missouri. So, it is the best in Missouri, in my opinion of course. The service at both stores was splendid. Matter a fact we went 3 times in a matter of the last two days. Once in Stockton, twice in El Dorado Springs. And believe me we will be going many more times in the coming future. I hope for great things for you and your business.

They don’t have food here. It’s coffees and teas. I love the hot Doctored up. Amazing! The girls are always very nice and polite.
