I place online order for carry out said be ready in 15mins. I showed up there was a line and backed up didn’t get my food till 703pm got home they got order wrong. And went back there to tell them the manger and employee was arguing and lots of customers in the store still. So I ended up getting store credit didn’t want to wait 30 mins for another pizza this is the second time now this happened.

I could not believe the service at this location. I tried placing a delivery order right down the road. I sat on hold for 20 minutes then someone picked up and hung up. I attempted to place my order in which it confirmed an hour later no pizza. I then contacted the store in which a woman answered took my information never informed me to hold but it appeared she had put me on hold to the music. She comes back to the phone says hello puts me on hold again. A guy answers the phone says hello. I responded Sir I’m trying to see what’s going on with my order he then hangs up. Two hours later no food. What a pretty crappy experience. I wouldn’t trust the food now. Pizza Hut do better this location sucks

Love and hate this place. Sometimes I order food and it is ready before it is supposed to be, and it is fresh and delicious and I enjoy it. However, other times, it either won’t get delivered at all, I have to reorder it, or it’s not ready on time. This time I found BITE MARKS on my pizza, which makes no sense, because it was clearly bitten before they threw it in the oven, so they saw them, and still thought it was ok to cook and serve. Additionally, the cashier at this location often goes outside and smokes and then handles the food. This place is always sort of slow and the service is not always pleasant, while it sometimes gets the job done, and the often great taste of the food makes up for it, situations like this one make me realize how bad the service and atmosphere is. The only good thing about this place is the food, if it’s served or delivered properly.

Placed an online order for 10 AM for it to be ready, so obviously ima assume that its ready at TEN. I go there and arrive at around 10:05 am, try to go in and the doors locked. I go back go my car and try calling the pizza hut. I get hung up on the first time, and i call again. A rude man answers, and i say “Hi, i was wondering when you open your doors because i had a carryout” I didnt realize that they just then opened and the man goes “I havent even gotten a chance to open the cash register and your complaining about not getting your food” then i say “oh im sorry, i just had it set out for 10 so i thought itd be done BY 10.” Not in a rude tone, more of an apologetic tone. Then i get hung up on. Absolutely weird, the customer service is way out of line here. The pizza was extremely dry and you could just tell the man made it out of hatred for no reason whatsoever. like im just hungry. . Would not recommend this place

Placed an order and an item was missing. Called the store and was told it would be put in the oven and sent out right away. Called an hour later and was told it was on the way. Called 40 mins later same thing. Then TJ screened my calls as I tried to get an update and cancel that partial of my order that was taking over 2 1/2 hours(original hour wait + the called out time above). I called to place a new order and they patched me directly to the branch and I was still screened. Had my gf call in and answered immediately. Poor professionalism. Never got the last item.

We had a spontaneous family Hangout we had a very large order and a variety of pizzas they were all good all hot the breadsticks are good everything was made on time. The people at the restaurant were very nice very helpful we needed plates and napkins they gave us everything we needed. I don’t mind coming to this location because my food is usually really good coming from here so I don’t mind but I just wish there were more Pizza Hut locations closer to my house so I can get delivery once in awhile.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the service I received yesterday! I ordred PAN pizza and this is what I received. I took it back to the store to show them and they had an attitude and told me that it was a pan pizza. I told them I know that it is supposed to be a pan but whatever the issue was this was not pan. They said the proofer wasn’t working and all their pan pizzas look like this. I told them that was not true because I just ordered last week and I got what I ordered. The nigh staff is RUDE and does not care. I don’t know what is wrong with customer service now a days! This pizza was horrible and the experience was horrible. If you don’t like you job, find a new one or fake it till you make it.

Let me start off by saying I love Pizza Hut. This is one of my favorite locations EXCEPT The girl in there with the black hair, she has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She was slamming the doors to the warmers. She left my pizza sitting to be cut for over five minutes while I’m standing right there looking at it, she went to go sauce some wings, then walked in the back and stood there. Luckily the manager came up and got her to cut my pizza. This is not the first occasion I came in and she acted like that. UPDATE: Me and my son both got food poisoning from the pizza!! That girl who left my pizza sit out for who knows how long needs to do better I shouldn’t have gotten sick
