I’m extremely disappointed with the night crew at the Wawa located in New Port Richey, Florida, at State Road 54 and US 19. The staff during the overnight shift is consistently rude, disrespectful, and downright mean—especially toward anyone who might look homeless or less fortunate. The atmosphere is hostile and unwelcoming. You can feel the judgment as soon as you walk in.
They follow people around the store, constantly check the bathrooms like everyone’s doing something wrong, and stand around making jokes or demeaning comments. It’s uncomfortable and humiliating. No one should feel ridiculed just trying to buy something or use the restroom. I used to stop here regularly, but after several bad experiences, I no longer feel safe or respected enough to keep giving them my business.
Also the pizza is horrible. Like insanely disgusting

Came in for a coffee. The young man at the beverage station was rude. I asked him about the coffee. He tells me it’s good then I just wanted fresh coffee. He told me that coffee timed out in 10 mins . Started making a new one saying he ll make a new one with an attitude I was turnt off at this point n left

Cleanest restrooms and friendliest staff out of any Wawa in Pasco. Shoutout to Alex , Nick and Snow for along with their delicious coffee, turning my smile upside down. Im from PA where the first Wawa opened over 30 years ago. And I have yet to find one in the Tampa Bay area as nice as the ones I remember from my childhood until I visited this one. All the employees at this location are friendly and genuinely helpful , but those 3 went out of their way to greet me with a good morning and nice warm smile on this chilly morning

She was pleasant in her greeting, smiling, her area was clean, and she made me a great drink. Thank you Snow…I did the cha cha watching Christmas lights!

I stopped here to get a coffee, a hot coffee, there’s no Cuban, so then I go to Colombian run now and she had no back up so then I go to regular it ran out and no back up on that. Am I freaking missing something? Wawa you don’t have backups on your coffees anymore so people should have to wait.? It’s very sad. The price of coffee is going up, but the service is going down at one.

Excellent service at this location! The coffee barista said “Good Morning” and “Have a good day, sir.” to me and I was getting self-serve coffee. Pleasantries were unexpexcted but always nice! Also the gentleman at the register also was friendly and wished me a good day! Totally an above satisfactory experience!
