I ordered a large pizza that came with no pizza sauce at all, even though I never requested it without sauce. I also ordered parmesan bites that were supposed to come with a side of pizza sauce — they didn’t include the side, and the bites themselves didn’t have any sauce either. Instead of pizza sauce, they gave me ranch.
On top of that, I ordered boneless BBQ wings with a side of blue cheese, and again, they gave me ranch instead. The wings weren’t even tossed in BBQ sauce — they were completely plain.
I called to ask if maybe they had run out of pizza sauce or blue cheese, but the employee said, “Not to my knowledge we didn’t.” When I explained everything that was wrong with the order, I was told they would refund me for “the sauce,” which completely missed the point. The issue wasn’t just a missing dipping sauce — it was that multiple items in my order were made incorrectly.

I have to give a shout out to Diohalis. I mistakenly ordered regular crust when I ordered on the app but I meant to order thin crust. When I arrived and checked the pizza, I told her they made a mistake but in actuality, I made the mistake. Diohalis was so pleasant and said, it’s ok – mistakes happen and made me a fresh pizza. She didn’t have to go the extra mile to make a customer happy but she did, which unfortunately is very rare in today’s world. Pizza was amazing!! I will be back and hope you give them a try as well.

Order from Dec 29 was completely wrong. Large stuffed crust came as regular, and a blondie was swapped for a brownie.
Called that day and the manager said he’d comp it with two free medium pizzas and a dessert since we paid cash and couldn’t be refunded.
Called again on Jan 10 and was told the manager never put anything in the system, so they wouldn’t honor it.
If you pay cash and they mess up your order, don’t expect it to be fixed. Not worth the hassle.

I come into the location to order a pizza for carryout. The bathroom says out of order but the door was open so I go in cuz I really got to use the bathroom. Then the manager comes out and says hey that’s out of order opens the door has the door wide open while I’m peeing with customers around. He’s pissed off giving me dirty looks telling me to get out of the restaurant. there was nothing wrong with the restroom whatsoever the toilet flushed fine the sink worked fine the only thing it didn’t have paper towels to dry my hands off after I wash my hands. I assume the bathroom had just been cleaned and they didn’t want somebody to dirty it up before they left for the night. Never will I ever go to this Papa John’s ever again.

I brought two pizza one with pineapple and pepperoni and pepperoni with chicken. Wings and a brownie tray. The brownie was soo good. The pizza was great, the crust had flavor and the wings could have been cooked to be crispy instead of wet.

I showed up at the estimated ready time and provided my name.
10 minutes goes by and they ask for my name again, suggesting I was at the wrong location. After correcting them, they claim they can’t find the order and begin making a new one from scratch.
After this, they end up finding my original order in the computer. And they LAUGHED about it with me standing right there.
It takes a certain kind of IQ to not even wait for the customer you just costed 30 minutes to leave before cracking up.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this pizzeria. The sign stated that the “Cheeseburger” pizza costs $9.99, but when I came to place my order, the cashier said that this is old information and the pizza now costs $13. This is a clear violation of offer rules, as they are obligated to sell at the price displayed on the sign. The cashier refused to sell the pizza at the advertised price and decided to set his own rules. This was extremely unpleasant, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
