Stopped in to grab an iced tea and use the restroom. The considerate and self-aware person who was there before me left the bathroom with zero paper. On my way out, I told one of the employees, who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Just a delightful and engaging gal. Seems it’s harder and harder to find friendly folks, but not here. Well done, Qdoba!

The past couple visits have been a big thumbs down. One visit I ordered a steak bowl and they maybe put five chunks of steak in that entire bowl. Employee seemed pretty put off when I asked him to add more respectfully. This last visit I ordered only a cup of queso and It cost over $8. Every visit is unpleasant so it’s not just a one time occurrence. It seems that is the culture of the business. Better off going to an actual Hispanic restaurant if you’re gonna spend that kind of money and get that kind of service.

It’s been too typical for meat to be burnt, noticeable in taste. Chips as well are too often way over baked, beyond being editable. I’ve been patient, but this order is the last straw. I ordered 3-cheese Nachos, chips on the side. At checkout I was asked if I wanted to add anything else, and I reminded her that all that was left was the chips that go with this order. I thought she added those while I *paid, but when I got home I found all she added were a large wad of paper napkins, two plastic forks and a plastic knife; NO CHIPS. I drove all the way back for the chips and explained the issue. She nodded and unwrapped a full chip bin and gave me a bag. I’m home again, and the chips are overbaked yet cold. And the steak, again has burnt sides. I’m done visiting any Qdoda for a long time if not permanently, and if I ever do visit one it will NEVER be the nearby Qdoba at 101 E Tiverton Way, Lexington KY. There’s a taco-truck across the street; surely they’re better.

Had a great experience at this location, I’ve been coming here for years and the evening crew were friendly even if over the years my orders can be obnoxious to try all the new flavors. Karla was patient with me and explained all the new options. My wife and I were really happy with our order and experience!

We ordered the grilled chicken family meal with extra queso, fajita veggies, and corn tortillas, and I can safely say it was not only an amazing deal, their Pico was fresh and full of flavor and so was the cilantro lime rice. Very good, ready on time, and good value!!!!

Not sure where to begin… Customer service was less than sub par. The woman starting the food procession was very rude and short. Was new here and wanted to know about certain items but she seemed irritated answering simple questions. The place was messy and dirty, especially where the food and drink counter were. There were even employee shoes where the delivery pick stand was. SO GROSS. Very disappointed with this place and first time experience. Better training with customer service and cleanliness needed. Off to Chipotle.

The food is always great at Qdoba. I ordered takeout online from this location and was surprised that my order was exactly correct and not missing anything, unlike some other Qdoba locations I have used. And it tasted wonderful!

Your workers need some serious boss time! I walked in to 3 of them just standing there talking and cutting up, they continued to just stand there and joke with me standing and waiting to order. There was one other person in the restaurant waiting on their food. So after one of them looked over at me and rolled their eyes, then began to walk over to me, I just turned and left. Is this really how you want your customers treated? Just plain RUDE!

Every time I come to this location, they’re always out of food items and seem to be chronically understaffed.
Update: 2/16/26 Yet again I visited this location and they were out of taco shells because the manager forgot to order them? Very poor management to run out of food items during a 3 day long promotion. I’ve been disappointed at this location so many times, if I choose to eat at a Qdoba again it will not be this location. Which is quite unfortunate since this is the closet location to me.
