I have came here a few times in the last week and I have not had issues with any drinks. I ordered the same drink today that I have got a few times and it was so gross. I called up there to ask them to remake 2 drinks that was both gross. A manager said we need to have the receipt, I called back and spoke to someone else and advised they never gave us a receipt. The associate said to bring the drinks and the receipt on the drink its good enough. When my husband went up to switch our coffees the manager (female) did not get her name, said we need to have a receipt and whoever we spoke to wasn’t a manager so they can’t say that the drink sticker would be enough. After she argued with my husband, he explained that the coffee is bland, has no flavor tastes like black coffee on ice. She said we should have added sugar and stuff when we ordered it, if we wanted it to be sweet. Remember I have got this drink 3 times and it has never tasted this gross. I never had to add extra stuff to it. I got a cookie butter cold brew, supposed to have cold foam on top and cookie pieces, cookie pieces was all on the bottom of my cup and even the new drinks are gross. Very rude and waste of our time and money.

The employees sounded bored and miserable. The food was okay-ish. I’m giving two stars because I like the snackin’ bacon. The Kalache not that great, tasted like it was a day old, the bread was soft, but tasted a bit like raw dough. My drink was a signature pumpkin iced latte. I’ve definitely had better, to me, it was bland. The young man taking my order seemed super depressed. I would go back if it was my only option.

The manager is there 24 seven and is the rudest Disrespectful person I paid for my food and my coffee and I had to go back around to tell her it is not right and she didn’t say anything and gave me a side eye. She went and spilled my coffee a little bit and gave me back the same cup/order do not come here. Everyone here is very disrespectful. mind you she didn’t wanna come to the window and made me wait 10 minutes in front of the window

All the food here taste like it’d been sitting out for days. The sandwhiches are hard, the hash browns are chewy and stale, the coffee taste burnt!! Nothing good. Dunkin has gone way down hill!! Disgusting!!!

What a weird experience. The employees all seemed confused about how to do their job and it was just kind of a circus in there. I will say the young man running the register was trying really hard to do his job and was very pleasant but didn’t seem to have a good grasp on what was going on. The older women in there seemed annoyed and made me feel like a simple request for coffee was gonna break them. Oh and none of the menu boards are working. Like what?

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I’ve continuously had issues at this location recently. Unfortunately it’s the closest location to my home, so I may just have to give up dunkin altogether. Every time I come here, there’s been inconsistencies with quality, overall service, as well as the atmosphere. There’s been employees yelling at each other while we’ve patiently waited to be served at the counter. I’d use the kiosk normally, but there’s certain donuts that aren’t available digitally. I’ve also been told with certain items that they’ve had to cut the quality of them because of corporate, which is insane given the prices. It would just be nice to get your money’s worth, is all.
Also, the building is constantly freezing. The kitchen I understand, but the lobby? I can’t even sit and wait the ten minutes needed for my small iced latte.
Dunkin, please get it together.

I visited this place back in January, and I remembered how delicious and hot it was that I had to share. The customer service and staff was Awesome, very friendly. If you’re ever in Gladstone Kansas City, make sure to stop by and visit this amazing Dunkin!
