Josh and Clare were very attentive and friendly, which made our dinner at the hotel restaurant much better. The burgers were tasty. My favorite burger is the Philly, topped with mushrooms and onions. We enjoyed the incredible service, the happy atmosphere, and delicious desserts for the kids!

Amazing service and good. We had dinner on a Friday and the service was great ! Pamela made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we walked in. They had a 1/2 off appetizers and their wings and shrimp were delicious. Also, the sweet potato fries are a must!Everything we ordered was well prepared and delicious . Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our burgers. It was our first time stopping here so we learned they do not serve burgers usually until 5 but the cook was kind enough to cook us a burger. I had the burger of the month which is a spicy guacamole burger, it was juicy and so good with sweet potato fries. My husband got the BT Boss burger no veggies with the KBG sauce on the side. He wasnt a fan of the sauce so he was glad they offered to put it on the side so he could try it. His burger was good. We will definitely go back and try it again.

Instead, it took 45 minutes to get 1 Boss burger, which we split. We were asked how we wanted the burger cooked, and it came to us as well-done as I’ve seen a burger, so idk what the point in asking was.
The fries were slightly undercooked and mushy.
The water on tap tastes bad.
The burger itself was OK, but too dry, overcooked, undersauced for what it was.
Overall disappointing for a 4.5 rated burger bar in Lubbock. Wouldn’t recommend.

Their name kinda spells it out for you. They have a nice selection of burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish, etc. Nicely appointed bar with knowledgeable bartenders. If you’re here and Claire is the tender, she makes the best margarita that you’re ever going to have bar none. Ask her for the recipe…she will happily share it. About 2 dozen tv’s scattered about with various sports channels on. Quiet…good food…conservatively priced…good people. You can’t go wrong here.

Burger Theory Lubbock is absolutely a hidden gem and a fantastic place for a meal! The food here is truly amazing—they serve up some of the tastiest burgers in Lubbock. Beyond the excellent quality of the dishes, the entire experience is made exceptional by the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, providing very good and attentive service that makes you feel instantly at home. It’s a genuinely interesting place with a great, chill atmosphere. I highly recommend Burger Theory to anyone looking for a superb burger and a wonderful dining experience! The Brownie Sundae is highly recommended and an essential tasting experience.

The food was DELICIOUS! best fried pickles I’ve ever had. The cook knows exactly what she’s doing does not disappoint. I got a Philly burger everything was made to perfection. Irvan was our server he was the sweetest person! He was such a great server to us, & very professional. 100% recommend and I will be coming back every time I am visiting Lubbock Texas.
