Went to Charley’s yesterday at 3:55pm ordered what I assumed to be a chicken Philly meal and separate order of wings was charged for a sandwich wings and a drink when I returned into the store after seeing I did not have a order of fries the girl at the counter “Jules” I assume as posted on the receipt was very rude and told me I would have to make a new order and pay for that as well when I tried to have my order corrected I was told I didn’t have to come back to this store
The store was filthy and ran by children the restroom was disgusting the rugs in front of the restrooms were all pulled up and wrinkled up all over the floor due to a Spill The floors were sticky, and my wife almost fell on the way out of the restroom
The wings were burnt I did not receive the proper order so I asked for a full refund and got questioned by all of the staff on why I wanted a refund I am from Philadelphia and Charlie’s so I assumed it was a good place to stop. I would not recommend this facility due to the lack of Cleanliness and respect the staff show customers

Horrible experience from start to finish. I ordered a Philly and loaded fries. After 20mins I got my Philly only. It was missing mushrooms and peppers. I asked why, they said they didnt have any. Okay, no problem, it happens. Then I asked where my loaded fries were. They forgot to make them, no problem. 15mins later he hands me plain fries, so I asked him to load them since thats what I paid for, no big deal. He put cold cheese and a single uncut piece of bacon on top. The place was very dirty. It was horrible from start to finish. But what do you expect, im sure these people get paid $12/hr. I just hope they cook the meat all the way through

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They will cancel your order and you will be left hungry after waiting for an hour! We have been loyal customers, but NEVER again!
Two days ago we attempted to order dinner from here and when the Dasher arrived they told him someone else picked up our order and then they canceled it. Very frustrating, but whatever, we were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. We just tried to order from them again, three days later, and our new Dasher wrote saying “They are telling me someone else picked up the order”. Then they (Charley’s) canceled it. AGAIN? Liars! I told her they were lying and she challenged them and they said they were remaking it. So another Dasher got assigned the new delivery and when HE went they told him someone else picked it up and it was being canceled! Total scam. Do not order from here!!!!
If the owner is reading this, it was staff working after 6:30 PM today (2-26-26) and Monday (2-23-26).

I usually enjoy this location, but during my visit I noticed that the employee preparing food had loose hair and no hair tie or hair net. This raised a concern about food hygiene. I hope management can address this to ensure proper food safety standards are consistently followed.

I walked in to dine in with husband, there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. One of them already had an order and the other was waiting. I was standing there trying to get someones attention to take my order as I was standing there for a long time. Finally the girl behind the counter came up as if it was an inconvenience to her to take my order. I proceeded to order 6 wings and fries with a drink. She immediately and very rudely mentioned that it would take 30 minutes to make. Because my husband was super hungry we accepted the wait. No smile from the girl, she looked miserable as if she was unhappy with her life choices and working there.
All the tables were messy and dirty. I wiped my own table sat down and waited.
We waited more than 30 minutes for our order. I did not complain to her because she looked as if she just was not going to care. She handed the order to be in a to go container as if she wanted us out of there. We did not complain once for the wait or the filthiness, or bad attitude. There was at least 3 other customers that came in after we did and got their food way before we did.
I understand you might be understaffed, I understand if maybe we have a long wait for fresh wings. But there is no excuse for the bad attitude or the filthy tables. I observed her come up to the soda machine 3x to get herself something to drink and dillydally her way back behind the counter. she could of easily picked up a towel and wiped the counters and tables down for customers to eat comfortably.
Very unsatisfied with this location, I will never be back there again just to avoid the attitude, bad service and filth.

The two young blonde girls were playing on their phones, whispering, leaning on counters, and looking at you as if you were in their way. Blaring music.Rude. Not very inviting. The Lobby was a mess, the lids were not stocked for drinks, dirty tables , floor is disgusting and sticky! The sandwich was good other than I am not sure what I found in it as the guy said it was cheese. It didn’t appear to be. They were out of chicken so, choices were limited. It has never been like this when I come here but this time was horrible. The only one working I believe was the boss. There was plenty for those girls to do. I have managed food service for years and never would I allow my employees or store to be that way.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak loaded with a loaded fries as a side. The steak tasted like Steak-ums which would normally be bad but I like Steak-ums so I consider that a plus. The fries were outstanding. Crunchy and tasty. Service was spectacular. The dining area is small but there is outdoor seating available. Overall I’d eat there again but wouldn’t go out of my way.

YOUSEF was the absolute best ….i was with an autistic client and he had patience with us in ordering … he also was very kind in explaining the change he received back while making sure my client understood … he even went over the toppings with us which was very kind of him … our sandwich came out to perfection …. we definitely enjoyed having lunch here..
