I was greeted by the person on the drive up speaker who said they went home. When I recieved my meal I left, I was traveling, and couldnt bite into the burrito. It had a foul taste. The supposed chicken was dried up, over cooked, and seriously looked like it came from the trash. I tried for over an hour to call and speak to a manager, I kept getting a recording saying “line is busy call back”.I am absolutely livid that anyone would serve literally garbage to another human being. Zoom in on the pictures, the meat is nasty!

This is the second time I’ve gone thru the drive thru and they’ve given me a warm soda and told me they don’t have time to get ice. Icee machine is always shut down and the food looks and tastes like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Employees act like your bothering them.

I put in a mobile order and when I got my food, half of my order was missing and they don’t bother to tell me. When I noticed, I asked about the portion of my meal that wasn’t in the bag and they claimed they didn’t have those items available. I asked if I could get a refund and they said they couldn’t do that. I asked if I could be compensated with other items on the menu to replace the food I wasn’t receiving and the money I wasn’t getting refunded, they said absolutely not. I don’t recommend this place if you need somewhere to stop for food on a trip.

They ran out of ice in there drink machine. We had to request ice from drive thru ice machine. The root beer was flat. The fries tasted bad I think it was the oil. I don’t recommend eating here.

Chicken nuggets in the famous bowl, are dried out to the point of being jerky. The mash potatoes are cold
Cole slaw is dried out.
Black beans were dried out.
Didn’t have and macaroni and cheese at 7pm and they weren’t bothering making anymore.
Highly disappointed after driving 5 hours i just wanted something quick and get to bed.

We ate lunch today at the KFC/Taco Bell. I had the Pot Pie meal with a pop and side of mashed potatoes and gravy. My husband had a 3 piece all dark chicken meal. My pot pie was HUGE and so darn delicious and piping hot! Only problem was I shouldn’t have gotten the pop or mashed potatoes because the pot pie was so big. But I love their mashed potatoes and gravy so what are you gonna do There was huge chunks of both white and dark meat, lots of carrots, peas and potatoes topped off with a delicious, flaky golden brown crust. This was my first time trying this….my waistline is not sure if I should’ve, but my tummy says ” oh ya, getting this again for sure!” My husband’s 3 pieces of chicken seemed a little smaller than he’s used to getting. But it was still delicious. And along with his potatoes and pop he was very satisfied and full. Also, very clean lobby and restaurant and the staff ringing up our order was super friendly. Good job all the way around❤️
