Best restaurant in Zachary, hands down. The food is consistently hot and delicious, staff is always friendly, and the cocktails are straight FIYA. I go out of my way to stop in if I’m in Zachary, and have the time. My favorite dishes are the meat mousaka, lamb chops, and the gyro plate. Lots of parking and still reasonably priced, compared to others. Whether you’re local are just passing through, stop in you won’t be disappointed.

Two salads (without meat) were $30+ and was told the tip was already included? How when it was takeout?? I should determine IF I want to leave the tip (which I had cash for). Tips should not “automatically” be charged. I did NOT want the tip to automatically charge to my card. Now, I’m not sure if my card has been “secretly” charged a tip every time. Two extra very small feta cups was $5. Usually we get a bigger cup of feta. Now the “big” cups of feta are $3 a piece. Truly ridiculous. You have to get extra feta even though its a “feta salad,” because its very minimal feta. No bread included. Salads are half of what it should be… wow, highway robbery here. You don’t get what you pay for. Managers are no help. Only good thing is the good tubberware, which I guess you are paying for. We visit frequently and often told different things each time… I guess it depends on the manager? Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Food was excellent Lost of choices on menu also a impressive children’s menu as well It’s not in the best part of town in Zachary, but the food is really good. The restaurant is pretty nice and they seem really really busy. Prices were a little high, but they were worth it.

We had the Gyro wraps and a side of fries. Everything was cooked and prepared excellently. The salad was great, simple but flavorful, and light. There tea was (we do half sweet and half unsweet), excellent and fresh. We don’t typically like hummus, but we liked theirs. Everything was excellent, When we are back in Zachary, we will eat here again, as their seafood menu looked excellent, and now that I know they do the basics right, will definitely try a higher dollar dish. Sorry only got pics of the salad, dug in too quickly on the other stuff

I sat outside on a breezy Saturday. My server was very attentive. The inside was very classy. Once the weather warms up some, I plan to dine outside again and people-watch. I suggest the Mujadara.

Split 3 appetizers: crab cakes and fried Eggplant with Marinara were delicious!! Would definitely get again!! The Greek nachos would have been better with Tortilla Chips, instead of small pita halves. The flavor was good, the pitas were tough to eat. Sweet tea was good.

I love this place but it’s a little out of my budget I can’t go there very often. My brother and I went there today and had the fried cheese appetizer which we split, 2 meals and baklava for dessert the bill was a little over 65.00 not including tip.

I always always always have a good experience here. You walk into a clean and well decorated restaurant and are greeted and seated promptly. Sit down and your waitress is asking your drinks, you order, and the food is always so good. Food is tasty and doesn’t ever taste like it’s from a bag or frozen – always fresh with wonderful vibrant flavors. Don’t be deceived by the outside appearance! If you’re intimidated to try – ask for a Chicken Shawarma plate. It’s amazing!

Cafe Phoenicia’s food is always consistently good. Their Chicken Shwarma, Kibbe, Pasta Phoenicia, Meat Mousaka- all very tasty. The salad and hummus is amazing. We dined in for a change and the service was ok. We kind of felt rushed, but maybe it was just a feeling we had. The waitress was nice, almost too nice, and at times I thought she may pull up a chair and eat with us. Lol. Overall great time. Glad Zachary has this staple restaurant in town.
