I went for a date night with my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day, the food was fantastic, the restaurant was lively and packed full and the service was incredible. Our main server Amy was very attentive despite the restaurant being a full house, and two other employees, Nhu and Eden were exceptional at their individual service, even helping out at the bar area for myself and my partner! Incredible cooperation was displayed by the staff there. Truly the best hibachi in Worcester piloted by the best chefs and attendants!

I ordered a sushi roll and requested to add cream cheese. When I arrived, there seemed to have been a disturbance with police there to handle an out of control customer, so my order had not been started yet. This was not the restaurant’s fault at all, and I completely understood their delay in getting my order ready while dealing with that. They were apologetic/extremely friendly and made the sushi roll right away. I didn’t even wait longer than ~2 min. Turns out they added extra cream cheese (which was awesome!) and gave me a free salad to make up for my wait. They didn’t have to do that. Those tiny little customer service details go a long way and didn’t go unnoticed. Plus the food was great! No yum yum sauce compares to Kyoto’s – it’s the best.

Good food, decent prices, and great atmosphere. My only suggestion is that whoever is running the bar should be more attentive to the bar instead of sitting in the back playing with cell phone. Other than that, I think you guys do a great job with the food.

I treated my mom for a belated birthday lunch, and we decided to go eat at Kyoto . We both ordered the lunch – in special, which was Filet Mignon & Fried Rice Vegetables and a salad . The staff were friendly and the cook was awesome! We had the food cooked in front of us, which was so cool ! Definitely recommend this place. It was clean inside, and they were quick with the service ! No complaints , would 100% percent go back again, and would recommend to family & friends ! It’s totally worth your money !
Not a 5 star visit. Makes me hesitant to return again real soon.

Updated Review: As of Saturday, October 19th ,2024, a friend and my sister treated me for an ” early Bday dinner,” not a 5 star experience. We had to wait to get seated, and then we had to wait at least 20 – 25 minutes for our Cheif . He seemed to be a ” Newbie” I ordered the Filet Mignon, which was supposed to be Meal Rare, and my sister ordered the Filet Mignon, which was supposed to be Medium Rare neither of our steaks were Medium Rare. The waiter had them make us 2 brand new Filet Mignons . Which were much better than the 1st round . The second Filet Mignon was Medium Rare like it supposed to be. But who wants to wait for there food. I went here with my Grandparents and my family to celebrate my college graduation in May 2024 and we had a wonderful experience, and it was 5 stars. This time, it wasn’t a 5 star experience by far. I’ve been here many times before they were really very, very small portions of meal and vegetables. I love their vegetables. This was supposed ti be a nice experience and it was a very costly dinner for 3 . You get more portions for lunch .

Food was ok. The California roll was ok didn’t like the spicy Mayo. The chicken was good but the fried ice cream was horrible. Worst fried ice cream ever. I don’t think lll be coming back here again. The crust tasted like old oil and something was off about it. When the waitress asked how was it I told her nicely I didn’t like it. She didn’t even say sorry and we were still charged for it. I didn’t even finish it.

I wish I had more pics but at a place like this it’s always videos that you end up taking. 1st of all, If you haven’t heard about the Rice here then you’ve been sadly missing out! It is the best rice in the world! My son Won’t eat rice Anywhere, Ever. But when we get here he’s the 1st one done and then goes around trying to take everyone else’s lol! It’s So Friggin Good!!! We’ve been coming here since it opened and every year the kids choose this for their birthday dinners. The staff is awesome and the food is out of this world! Definitely the best Hibachi I’ve ever been too!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NOT authentic hibachi at all, the chef didn’t even give a good show, plus the restaurant didn’t do anything special on my birthday. And the salad dressing looked like vomit The rice was all stuck together, veggies not cooked. Gross, gross, gross!!!
