Usually the service is great, but last night SUCKED! The waiter (older guy greying hair, bad attitude) was visibly angry when we ordered soda. He seemed more angry when we ordered food. We had barely gotten out food when he asked if I needed a to go box.
I got up to go to the bathroom and he tried to take my half finished plate when I was gone. My husband was trying to order another plate of mushrooms and the guy slapped our check on the table.
We had planned on staying for the entire game but felt forced to leave before halftime. I get it’s a BAR but we didn’t want to drink and were willing to order more food to make up for the lack of drinks.
The teenage girls by the dart boards were getting great service, he was keeping their drinks full so I guess he just didn’t want to deal with food service? It’s a real shame because Kelly’s has good food, we’ve gone there for lunch a few times, and stayed for all day football on Sunday, but if I get stuck with Mr Silver Haired Rude pants as a waiter again, I’ll just go to BDubs.

Great prime rib at a reasonable price. Appetizers were good we ordered fried pickles and mountain oysters. Drinks and service were good. It can get a little loud at times.

Not clean, outdated, mid-level service. Seems to rely on inexpensive drinks and gambling, and high volume traffic.
One of the highest revenue bars in South Dakota, and very reasonable priced. High volume, large dive bar.
But too large to be cozy, very outdated and inadequately maintained. Unpleasant odors.
There are multiple pool tables, gambling, bar games, open late, tons of easy parking, and bargain drink prices. The outdoor areas are lovely when traffic isn’t constant. So there are many positives. And I love a good dive bar, so I wanted to love this place. But the owners seemingly aren’t engaged enough, and it feels like a declining venue despite all the local support and history. The team and clientele deserve more.

No minors aloud. Tried to take my granddaughter there and had to leave. Too bad, thier prim rib is awesome. Great place to eat and have a cocktail. Nice staff, very friendly. I will go back

Our family met up at Kelly’s expecting a good time when the service dashed that thought. Our table was basically ignored. I mean for a long long time. No one took our orders or acknowledged us. But becareful for what you wish for because when someone did come by to our beckoning calls they acted so put off by us like we were taking their time away. They were outwardly rude. No eye contact. Barely fininishing talking to us before leaving. Of course no smile! We were left on our own when the food arived hours later. And had to get up and ask for the check to pay. I’ve used “they” as the service people because it was two people. After one abandoned us another madder one came by.

It was very crowded when my friends and I were there, which was somewhat disappointing. The staff was exceptional though and the food was pretty good for being bar food.
