The food is very good and tasteful! Food mid priced. The ambience is simple with dark wooden tables no table cloth. The table service was good , unfortunately the reception service a disaster. Restaurant only 40-50% full Monday evening. More than 15 min. waiting time to get a table at half full restaurant. More than 15 min receptionist was not available at the entrance for customers who are patiently waiting at the door and leaving then disappointed! Unnecessary!!

I recently dined at Italiannis, and I can’t stop thinking about their incredible seafood pasta. The combination of shrimp, salmon, and mussels in a rich, buttery white wine sauce was a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. It was like a cozy Italian embrace on a plate! (I ordered without the octopus per personal preference but it was amazing !

Nice place. Everything is clean. We only drank something. I don’t know how the food is. We had Pina Colada. It was a lot of crushed ice. The taste was okay, but could have been better. Polite servers.

Food was not all that great. Very disappointed actually. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and when I received it, it was raw and very under cooked. Asked for them to reheat it and they brought it back to me still under cooked. Couldn’t even finish it. They don’t know how to cook pizza in my opinion. Service was fine, but very rushed and not very attentive. They forgot several times we asked for more bread. They brought us our bread until after we had paid and were leaving already.

Worst service ever met. Waiter Roldán or Rolando asked me to eat everything I ordered in other case he will charge me twice. Can you imagine that? Ask a director, he comes but start defending the waiter. Awful experience. Then I asked for a book of claims on the entrance. Atmosphere is amazing really cool vibe when you’re sitting over water on a plus a glass platform on a pond in the middle of a mall. Service was exceptional.

But the next morning I got extremely sick and I’m recovering still 12 days later.. but I can’t blame them they didn’t mean to do it ,I would hope. On Don’t drink the water or eat the salad or have anything that’s not cooked You are still in Mexico

I recently came to that restaurant for lunch not only the service was slow, when they finally brought the food they only brought part of the order.We waited for another 30 mins when we called the waiter he stated that only one order was put in. The waiter was rolling his eyes and all.We shared the plate and asked for the receipt so we could go to another restaurant but they never brought it. We finally asked to talk to the manager and he brought the receipt.We were the only blacks there and received the poorest service.If you are black don’t go there because you will not be attended.
