We went to the Spur for almost all of our meals on our week long trip to Jacksonhole because it was just that good! Every single dish we had was phenomenal – which says a lot since we tried different things every time (favorites were the prosciutto wrapped chicken, the 307 fries, and the elk Osso Bucco). The staff was incredible, very attentive, and had excellent suggestions. Honorable mention to Julian, our new favorite bartender ever! He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensured we were taken care of every time. We will absolutely be back!

Spur restaurant was absolutely delicious. I got the centric cut New York bison steak and the sauce on it was really good. Our server was awesome and made sure our drinks were always filled. This restaurant is definitely worth checking out.

We had a great dinner sitting at the bar! Food and drinks were great, but what really made the experience excellent was our bartender Kendall and Joe with the great mustache. Kendall made us feel welcomed and entertained. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar for the great service and fun times! Thanks y’all!

Came here for both dinner and breakfast while staying at Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa. Made reservations for dinner so was seated right away and served by Michelle. She did an amazing job from start to finish. Was very helpful with the menu, making some recommendations, and even giving good tourist advice.
It was a nice evening so the patio doors were open, so we opted for a table inside the restaurant but still got the fresh air of outside. Ordered a few drinks, bread Service, Elk Osso Bucco, Blackened Salmon, Seared Airline Chicken, and Soup for the main meals, then the Creme Brulee Cheesecake and Fruit Crisp a la mode for dessert.
Surprise hit was the Elk Osso Bucco as it has to be cooked just right to avoid the gamey taste. Michelle made that recommendation and it was spot on. Other dishes and desserts were good as everyone enjoyed. Breakfast was more traditional but was a good way to start off the day.

Honestly, it has been our most underwhelming dining experience in Teton Village this trip. We started with the octopus appetizer, which was actually delicious and the highlight of the meal. We also tried the chef’s burger (definitely better burgers in the area so skip that), elk chili (at best, tasted the same as the chili you get in one of the cafes on the mountain for half the price), sweet potato fries (these were good), and bone marrow mashed potatoes (this was also quite good). By far the most disappointing side dish was the “grilled asparagus” – literally like 6 or 7 spears (which makes it about $1.15 per spear) that had been cooked to near complete dehydration. We did return the latter to the kitchen, one of the few times in my life where I have done that.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it based on comparison to other local restaurants.

I have visited this restaurant everytime I travel to Jacksonhole, I’m hooked with the flavors and the premium quality that it delivers, not to forget that the menu iterates everytime I go which, in my opinion, is a positive aspect since it leaves me with the desire of trying all of the plates. This is a top notch cuisine and middle to high price $$ place to eat, pricy, maybe, but worth every dime, this is why I come here, there are much more expensive places that don’t deliver as food quality as this one does.
My appreciation for keeping the consistency in terms of value for money.
Big shout out to Chef Andrea for keeping it real, showing us creativity, well thought plates and authenticy into the flavors of every option in the menu.
DONT MISS THE BUFFALO QUESABIRRIA!!

We spent a week staying a Teton Lodge over Spring Break and spent a lot of time at Spur. My husband and I particularly enjoyed Julien, the bar tender. He made the best martinis of any place we tried and knew how to keep the conversation flowing at the bar. We hope to see him again next year.
