What a great way to start my morning! Fresh, hot coffee and this absolutely decadent Cinnamon Bliss, nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Great little coffee shop with lovely selection of pastries and seasonal beverages. Recommend getting here early in the day for pastries. The cannoli was yummy but a little soft by 10am. There is a fair bit of seating inside and a nice, airy feel. Parking can be challenging if you’re not waking over from the day use fee lot across the street.

Charming seaside coffee shop! The interior is spacious and clean with a great view of the cape. The coffee is robust, but the pastries and food items leave room for improvement.

Skip the coffee cake; it was underbaked, oily, and had a grainy texture. However, the cinnamon bliss pastry was delightful. Be prepared for high prices, with coffee costing between $6-10 and breakfast items priced from $5-14.

Parking next door is convenient. This spot is perfect for an occasional seaside coffee indulgence or for settling in for an extended study session.

Really cute spot walkable to Pacific City Beach. They have an on-site bakery and the drinks + goodies we had both days were capital D-elicious— especially the jalapeño + cheese bagel with cream cheese!

My husband + I were recently vacationing in the area (early July 2025). Both times we were there the wait time was extremely long…

I own a food service establishment and try to be as patience and understanding as possible and we went back a second time because , well, it’s one of very few options in the area but we truly enjoyed our order the first time

Definitely don’t take our long wait times as a reason to skip out on this place though— I’ll be dreaming about that bagel and the almond cake for a long time!✨

The well made cappuccino & breakfast options bring me in every morning we are on vacation in Pacific City! Clean atmosphere with moderate seating. Absolutely killer view from the patio of the ocean. Snag a coffee & pastry then sit out front & enjoy the view.

Great latte and they were willing to try to do latte art for me and it came out great! I tried their chai tea also and that was good. I appreciated how they took time to answer my questions about their drinks and food and made sure I was satisfied. The food was also good. My family enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and we also tried an everything bagel with cream cheese that my husband enjoyed so much that he didn’t save any to share with me …we tried the quiche one morning and enjoyed that as well.

Been going here for years and am a local. The coffee and food is good but very expensive. The shop tends to be pretty loud and I’ve never been inside when the tables and floors aren’t covered in crumbs. It’s a cool spot but not worth the cost of a 7$-8$ latte. Also an odd take to ask for a tip with that type of pricing when I stand up to order, pick up my own drink, and then bus my own table? Cold water coffee around the way is significantly better.

A gem of a coffee shop right across the street from the beach access parking lot. You can even get views of the rocks and waves from seats in the dining area. Coffee is great, pastry was amazing after a long day in the car, and there were plenty of snack options for the family. We recharged and relaxed before heading down to the water to explore. Definitely worth a stop in before you get back on the road.

I stopped in this place a few years ago on a roadtrip down the coast to California and loved it. Just recently, I visited Portland again and took a day trip out to the coast via Astoria and down. Rather than take the turn in Tillamook to head back, I purposely drove the extra distance to visit Stimulus again and did not regret. A great place with great coffee, unmatched scenery, and a true coffee expert behind the counter. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We drive down to Pacific city the day after the big storm to get a bite. We ordered the veggie flatbread, bacon and egg sandwich, iced mocha, coffee cake and cappuccino.

The coffees were excellent. I especially loved my cappuccino and the coffee bean they use is spectacular. On the other extreme, the flatbread and coffee cake were disappointing. Sandwiches are premade, so expect to not be able to make substitutions. Also all vegetarian options are vegan, which is a bummer.

Service is friendly and views of the ocean are great.
