I called to check whether my order went through and, if not, to place an order by phone because the website kept showing an error in the basket every time I hit place order. The girl on the phone today, Saturday, around 6:30 p.m., stated that the order did not go through and that she could not take it by phone. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated no managers were available.
I am so hungry that I wanted to place my order ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way home. I am very picky about where I eat wings; however, after this experience, this place is now off of the list.
It does not make sense that customers are punished due to your faulty website. I do not know how this place has over four stars. I wish I could give negative stars for their inflexibility and lack of understanding of a problem their company (website) created. SMH!

It’s clear the owner cares about the success of his business. Both times I have come, it seems to be the owner himself taking the order and helping the team cook. A small mistake was made this order, and when addressed it was not only taken care of but this might be the best Philly I’ve had in Florida. Very tasty, food was hot and fresh. 10/10 for customer service and quality, glad I live so close.

I arrived at 10:15 tonigh (4th of July)
And when entering I was asked did I already placed an order. I told the young lady at the front counter no that I was placing a to go order and she replied that they were closed. Mind you there is no one in the lobby area and the open sign was on and both resturant sign and Google states that the resturant closes at 11 on a thursday. I understand hours vary depending on holiday but there was no signage of holidays no where .
I went outside place an order on the map and as soon as I placed my order they turned the light off and started turning lights off inside. 15 min later I seen my food was ready and I went to the door to get it . As I drove away i took a sip of my strawberry lemonade and it taste like WATER & STRAWBERRIES and no ice when I asked for light ice. Once I got home all the sandwiches had the peppers,onions and mushrooms. Which I’m ALLERGIC to mushrooms and I had edited my chicken cheesecakes to certain things on eachone . it just felt like it was purposely done bc they had to work and it was very upsetting as a business owner myself to have gone through all of this . Couldn’t call for manager bc they closed already . Waste of 30$ I’m very upset never had an issue before
