Online order was supposed to be ready at 5:55. Was still waiting at 6:10. This gave me time to listen to the workers horseplay in the kitchen while using loud profanity. I guess people in town already knew what a clown show this restaurant was, because during rush-hour on a Friday night, there were only three people in the whole restaurant, and one of them was a person on break from work. Was very disappointed in this experience overall, and I really wonder how long they will be able to stay in business if this is typical. Also snapped a couple of pictures of the nasty work area where they were preparing the food. Hope the health department pays them a visit soon.

I love the woman who works the drive-thru. Something about her is just so iconic, I hear her voice almost every time I come here, and she is always super chill and gets you out quick. You can tell she is a hardworker by how often I see her here. Honestly wouldn’t want KFC without her taking my order the foods always good, no complaints from me 🙂

Best I’ve had in a long time, dont order the chicken nuggets like my wife did. They were way over cooked. My breast and keg was awesome!

This place has literally been the WORST place to eat in Durant (maybe in all of Bryan County)for so many years! They never stay open until the listed closing time. They are never friendly. Rarely get the order correct. Overpriced! Then…to top it off…the food is so greasy and disgusting! I have been talked into trying it 3 times in the last year. Each time I am hoping its a bit better. Negative. It is actually worse! Of course the app doesnt take orders an hour before closing. I mean, my goodness, they may actually have to stay until the listed closing time! ♂️
I try not to be too judgmental but the fact is, we all are extremely judgmental. Well the employees tend to look as if they ate the pot pies and THAT is why they have none left!
Bottom line, stay away! This stuff is terrible!!!

Order on app got to store to pick up was told app canceled our order. Was told there’s nothing we can do by staff. App never said any thing about canceled order. Reorder through app. Had to wait 20 min for order. And still got charged twice been days still not resolved

I had several online orders for myself and people at work. A little backstory I found after the fact, the kfc corporate was having issues with online orders, however nothing was said before or during ordering on the app. I showed up at the appointed time to get the four orders for my office. We only get half an hour to get food and eat. The only worker there said she didn’t have anything so I asked her what I was supposed to do and she said get a refund from the app, which was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently she was the manager, owner, and only person working according to her. The tone in her voice and how she spoke to me was more than enough to make me NEVER go back to that place. All I was trying to do was either get my food or money back, instead I just got treated terribly, and missed lunch. Having worked in food service, I’m very understanding of her position, but it is zero excuse for speaking to anyone, much less a paying customer in such a manner. Who runs a fast food restaurant by themselves? It’s a recipe for disaster. I, nor anyone in my office, will be returning to this location. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. Do better or get into another business. This location needs to be investigated by corporate because there can’t be any way they’re aware of how this place is being run/not run.

As a door dasher the staff in general is amazing. I delt w a manager angry that has delt with theft from some real an or fake dashers. To come at me, one who has dashed almost 6000 dashes, with an attitude. Was uncalled for In every way. I was and have always been polite and curious. I will not deliver for KFC here again. Ty!

ATTENTION:
By far worst restaurant experience! Terrible customer service!! Food not edible! Employees and management have hostile behavior/attitude towards customers. Complete disregard of customers needs.
I witnessed management threaten to remove a young girl waiting on a DoorDash order for standing at the opposite end of the counter asking for the order.
The poor girl was terrified! There were 3 or 4 bigger women (employees stating that they were management) threatening her across the counter that if she didn’t leave the restaurant that they would remove her themselves. The girl was young, and very small. I walked her out to her vehicle to make sure none of the employees or managers did anything to her. I prayed with her and told her that not all people are like that there’s still us good people in the world.

Filthy restaurant, I’m sure the health department would have a field day with citations at this location. The kid that took my order was friendly.
