Coles has the best fried chicken, like ever! We live about 2 mins from Coles, so we have gotten it a few times since moving here a year ago. Super cute decor and everything we have tried has been very good! We sat on the patio during the nicer weather and it was such a nice experience! Their truffle fries are to die for too!

Tried the pork belly bites, onion soup, and fried chicken sandwich. All great. For drinks we customized the gin fizz with some other ingredients from the menu. Our server/bartender was helpful with that, and the strawberry basil one turned out awesome.

Rainy Saturday afternoon. Had prime rib sandwich with truffle fries and broccoli cauliflower salad, added chicken. Good service, very attentive, food had great flavors and welcoming atmosphere overall. Highly recommend!

Coles is a charming restaurant in downtown Amherst. The service was excellent. Food was delicious. Recommend the apple burger for brunch. A la carte servings were also nice to build your own breakfast. Lots of seasonal cocktails available as well. Street parking was easy.

I was overly impressed with our experience here. First walking in the atmosphere is cozy, and clean. I was pleased that the dining areas were much quiter than the bar side. The service was great, they kept up on our table and requests the whole time. The salads were fresh, not just iceberg basic with awesome homemade croutons. All of our entrées were prepared just how we asked, with great taste and quality! We did not have room for dessert. I highly recommend checking them out, we’ll be back!

The Apple Brie Burger is a must come fall, but those confit wings were stooopid good. Gentleman that served us was very kind, well spoken on the menu, & attentive. I’ve always have had a great meal + experience at Cole’s PH.

We went here because we heard the food was very good, it actually was. Our Server was very nice but everything seemed to change when she brought our food out. My dinner tasted wonderful BUT it was cold, my son tried the chicken and said the same, I told our Server and she went to talk to the Chef. When she came back out she said the Chef offered to heat my dinner up, I found that odd seeing that the dinner was cold from probably sitting without being under a heat lamp, usually they will cook a new meal. But I told her he could heat it up, she took it back and after a little while she brought out a new meal. She seemed standoffish after this and showed no empathy at all for what happened. The chicken on this redo was considerably smaller than the first chicken. I didn’t get a good vibe from the restaurant, we won’t be returning. I will say the food is very tasty.
