Jersey Mike’s seems to have gone significantly downhill in recent times. I used to eat here and the sandwiches were hearty and filling, but today it was mostly bread. I don’t know if Jersey Mikes has changed their protein standard for sandwiches or if this location was having an off night, but if this is what Jersey Mikes has become I don’t think I’m going to be back again… I’m not looking to eat a loaf of bread.

As a longtime fan of Jersey Mike’s, I’m disappointed to be writing this. I stopped in for lunch today and brought a free sub coupon I received at a BYU athletics event. The coupon clearly stated it was valid at all Utah locations and included the code and fine print.
Unfortunately, I was told it couldn’t be accepted and was even informed it was a “fake” coupon, which was surprising since BYU has been distributing these at events for the past year. What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled. The interaction at checkout felt unnecessarily dismissive and uncomfortable. Sad to be taking this out of my normal lunch rotation.

Jersey Mikes offers a great fast casual option for amazing FRESH sandwiches. Their selection of hot and cold sandwiches offers something for everyone. Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The long lines during peak lunch hours is a testament to the quality of their food and service. The food is always made fresh to order, with the meat sliced right as you order. If you are in a hurry, I highly recommend ordering through the app, it’s always ready when quoted and super easy to pick up and go. Not to mention you get rewards points. My sandwich today was free because of this fact!

Absolutely delicious sandwiches with great customer service. So glad we have some franchises here in Utah. My favorite sub is the #26, which has chicken, cheese and bacon. It’s a hot sub, so the cheese comes ooey-gooey and juices literally drip from the sandwich. I have never had a bad experience here with the employees because they are so chill and kind.

Still love this place…fresh ingredients that don’t spike your glucose levels like other footlong places… I asked for double bacon and got a solid layer of love from them…Club sub is my fav…
I love their food…fresh and you don’t feel sick after leaving it like other sandwich places. My only gripe would be is if you pay for extra bacon…you probably should get extra bacon.

One of the better jersey mikes I’ve been to. Clean store and never felt lacking on my sandwich. Although it’s not quite as good as some independent sandwich shops, it’s much better than any other chain.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up and the employees were in the back playing on their phones and I waited 5 minutes before finally getting their attention only for them to tell me they had forgotten about online orders and hadn’t started our order that should have been ready ten minutes prior. Terrible customer service.

First time at any Jersey Mike’s. This sandwich was so good I almost forgot to take a picture. Cheese is perfect and they slice up everything right there. So good… when you order, don’t forget to add on the banana peppers!

I LOVED the girl that tended to my father and I for our order. Super bubbly, super sweet, and just had an amazing overall personality of working there.
