First off I rarely leave bad reviews it has to be a crazy experience for me to actually decide to post anything negative. However today I decided to grab some tacos (not meals just tacos) and 3 chorizo egg potato and cheese burritos at los Betos for my family to munch on during the football games. I looked up the online menu I sent my daughter who then was charged almost $80 I called Los Betos and was told that their menu online did not represent current prices. They said the old owners menu was online and they didn’t have access to change it. This doesn’t really make sense to me but.. They are charging restaurant prices for Fast food Mexican which tastes like fast food Mexican food not restaurant or even mom and pops spots quality. We paid for the food since it was already made. The tacos were made with broken tortillas some missing the tops of the half moon shaped tortillas some missing almost half of the tortilla.
I spilt a burrito with my daughter and bit into it and there was something crunchy. I was very confused by this and looked down to find decent sized (about a penny sized of 2 broken egg shells on top of each other) cooked into the burrito. The quality was subpar they are wildly overpriced especially for the quality and the cooks aren’t careful when preparing food for the public/community. For all these reasons plus the attitude from owners and customer service I definitely would not recommend Los Betos on 1st Ave. I will be going to Casa Molina Norte even for quick trips. Id rather call in an order for pickup and pay for the quality over the convenience of a drive through. Lesson has been learned.

Everytime I order the old lady never gets my order right and she is rude of you bring it up. She also gave me my Caldo de queso and the the juice was all spilled in the bag and the food wasn’t even cooked. She forgot my drink.when I went back and asked if they could heat up the soup they told me no and she said she didn’t charge me for the drink. Well that her fault for not understand when I ordered it. She pretends not to lnow English and she understands. Very terrible food and customer service

They charged me 16.52 for a carne Asada burrito and 1/2 pint of rice. Looking at the website it says $6.

Came here with my friend. We bought red menudo, quesabirra tacos and carne asada tacos. ALL of the food was great ! The menudo spectacular the best I’ve eaten, made my heart warm & happy. The cashier and cook were friendly and kind. Good people, GREAT food, nice atmosphere. Thank you ! ♡

Great food, service and decent price. Very clean fairly new restaurant. I would recommend for a quick bite. I bring my kids with me and they like the quesadilla kids meal. The carne asada burrito is excellent!

Shredded beef tacos are on point with the salsa and very fresh. Great service very nice lady at the drive-in window respectful kind. Food was fresh great quality and in a timely manner $4 per Taco 16 for three but for the quality just as good as a restaurant. Actually better than most restaurant tacos worth it. I always try to tip for great service if I can afford it. Would ad photos but the tacos didn’t last that long they were great.
