So my daughter and myself came here spent $20 on food and my daughter a drink I ASKED FOR A SMALL CUP OF WATER with my food and was told very rudely by the manger that they only SELL bottle water! Mind you the young lady that took my order was very kind and said no problem however this women working the line was very very rude and refused to gu e me a cup of water with my PAID ORDER! This lady is incredibly rude and should not be in customer service when obviously you don’t like people!

One of the most frustrating Taco Bell experiences. Late getting food, workers looked like they were moving in slow motion and all wearing AirPods and some even talking on their phone (one even had to pull their AirPod out to listen to a customer who had their order wrong and had to repeat themselves multiple times), and seemingly zero customer service training. Will be the last time visiting this location.

Delicious food and quick service if you use the drive thru. Prices are good for lots of food. Beware that they don’t prioritize inside orders as much and you will wait longer. Also the store is very sticky.

Food was standard Taco Bell, however I was told the only way I could have water was to buy a bottle. If this is new policy, won’t eat a Taco Bell again. A cup of water cost you a customer.

Came In Sunday around 5:45 and 2 bites in and I notice a d*** float me away snuffalufagus eyelash in my taco. I don’t wear them so for sure not mine. Gross gross gross. Utilize better adhesive so the steam doesn’t knock them off in people’s food or just leave them at home because it’s not a beauty pageant

Very clean experience. Both man and woman bathroom were well maintained. Sauce area well stocked and food was ready within SOS times.
My only observation on +1 is exterior detail. Second is delivery, the nachos are loaded, but could be layered.

Id give it a zero if I could. No one inside the building except myself and my son at 2:45 pm. Took over 40 mins to get my order and another 10 mins for my son’s.
Ordered thru the kiosk as they told us to. Asked for 7 mild sauces. My order came up. 5 sauces. Asked him for another mild and he hands me a diablo.
Had to ask him for my drink.
It’s like they didn’t care of they did their job or not.
