Exceeding in the customer service greetings. Salsas don’t go bad the next day or like in taco palenque. When there’s multitudes of orders they burn the chicken. Its a faul taste in the whole order.

There was a fly that was literally attached to the beans. Called to ask for a refund and was told they could not do that. Instead they offered another meal which i obviously didn’t have an appetite for anymore. Was told that its bc they leave the back door open by the lady that answered.

First i want to mention that the prices are very reasonable.
I usually get 2-3 piece chicken dinner that includes rice and beans with three tortillas, chips and salsa which is enough for a grown person to get full on, but if you’re really hungry you might have to order more.
I ordered a coke, full fajita quesadilla, chips and salsa and the lady told me that it comes with chips and salsa and asked if I wanted extra, I replied no that would be plenty but when I received my order it was brought to me by a male and he didn’t bring chips and salsa so I let him know that he had forgotten them and his reply with a not so pleasant look on his face was that the quesadilla doesn’t come with it, I informed him that the lady that took my order said it did, he walked away with attitude and brought me the rest of my food which at this point I’m already full so I take the rest of the quesadilla and chips and salsa with me, when I got home I was hoping to enjoy my chips and salsa but the salsa was rotten. And as for the quesadilla I wasn’t impressed with it because it was bland, the only flavor was the tortilla with burnt spots(which I like) and had to add lots of guacamole and pico to make it taste decent. P.S.- The full quesadilla is more than enough food for one person.

The wait was a while longer than anticipated, but order was correct and food was good. Im surprised that the prices actually go up since last time i visited and its not frequent

I went inside to order to go. I had ask for small paper bag to put my salsas and the lady said they don’t provide that. I told her I don’t mind if I have to pay for it, she said no that I can ‘throw’ them in the bag with the food. I just bought $90 worth of food and they can provide a PAPER bag. Also, while I was waiting for my food, the same lady was making fun of the customer at the drive thru. I have had minor incidents through the drive thru and didn’t complain. Now that I heard how they talk about customers and my experience today, will I go there again ? No.

The food is good, we got the Tuesday special which is a chicken and a half with rice, beans , tortillas and salsa. Not bad for $22+ dollars. I just wish the sides were a little bigger .
