Very below average burrito – didn’t come with avocado crema as described so was pretty dry and pork wasn’t flavourful, way too much rice. You’d be better off with the other vendors by the looks of things… easy to order everywhere on touch screens.

Service is slow they forgot one of my drinks. I ordered a $39.95 lobster roll and it was just the roll. I could have bought a whole lobster. The brioche bun was delicious. It almost overshadowed the lobster. The lobster was large pieces and was tasty. I did have to squeeze lemon on it and that is a first for me in New England ( and we are talking about me putting away my fair share of lobster rolls). Next time in terminal C I will try something different.

Very impressed with the Mexican place in the back! Good soft tortillas flavorful chicken and tasty sauce with a generous portion of chips. Tasted better than it looked which is a lot for airport food.
It’s a little pricey but cheaper than the other places here

Super sad excuse of “food.” Even the “healthy” options include items not fit for human consumption, such as American “cheese.” BOS airport really needs better food options. I’m always disappointed when I get stuck in Boston.

The burger was very good but the fries not the top. Easy to make the order and very short wait times.

Kind of a zoo. Order at kiosk. Went to Mother Juice and açaí bowl was just ok. Nut butter was just a glob in the middle rather than spread out on top.

Had the $10 cup of chowder and $13 Cesar salad. Other than overpriced, the chowder was okay. The salad was fresh, but the tiny bit of dressing is far too little.
I’m not sure if there’s better to be found, they kind of have you over a barrel behind security. But next time I’ll try somewhere else in the airport.

I came to Boston Public Market hoping for a quick salad. Unfortunately, every single salad on the menu was “unavailable” because the kitchen was out of one ingredient—kale.
The baffling part is that the other 95 percent of the toppings—greens, proteins, dressings, veggies—were fully stocked and visible behind the counter. Yet the point-of-sale system had been hard-blocked by management, so the staff couldn’t ring up a salad even if they wanted to swap in spinach or arugula.
As someone who can’t even eat kale, it was frustrating to be told “no substitutions, no exceptions.” A more flexible approach—allowing the team to substitute a different leafy green or offering a small discount—would have prevented a waste of perfectly good produce and money. Instead, several customers (myself included) walked away empty-handed.
Boston Public Market usually shines for variety and freshness, but rigid policies like this turn a minor ingredient shortage into a full-blown customer-service failure. Please empower your staff (or update the register) so a missing bunch of kale doesn’t cancel an entire section of the menu.

Really great fish and chips at a very good price. The clam chowder was great too. Highly recommend for quick, good food and great service.
