Very clean and settle. A typical Panera bread experience. I always love to get the cheddar broccoli soup to help settle my stomach. My friend always likes to get her avocado blt. Great experience food was fresh and ready in no time.

Very bad experience at Panera Bread. The food isn’t prepared correctly, and they don’t even inform customers when they’re out of ingredients. I ordered a Chipotle Avocado Melt and basically received just bread and avocado. If they don’t have all the ingredients, they should let customers know before serving the order. It’s disappointing to pay for something that doesn’t match what’s advertised.

You know those little stink bug beetles? Got a chicken salad sandwich from here and there was a live beetle in the sandwich. Not even dead. Live and wriggling and my mom almost ate it. Needless to say, she’s been put off Panera Bread forever I think.

So extremely slow. Ordered a large Greek salad and was given a small salad that was not even filled in its container and it is missed red onions. Service and food value is very low here.

We visited during lunch hours and they only had 1 cashier. The line was practically out the door! The poor cashier tried so hard to keep the line moving quickly. Despite this,we enjoyed our meal,it was good. We were there nearly an hour and I never once noticed anyone wiping tables nor surfaces.

Hi, my son and went to the the Abbe Rd Ohio location to give you another chance, I wanted to try the new French dip, my son went and picked it up, when we opened the bag, they had given me the wrong dip some tomato dip,nasty. My son ordered a bowl of and a Baggett there was no Baggett…. Soup with no bread and dip sandwich with no edible dip.

Online ordered the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with modifications and got few correct. Asked for sauce on the side, didn’t get any sauce, asked for cilantro, didn’t get any, asked for no feta cheese, got feta all over. Unfortunately, I can’t just pick feta off as it is crumbled. I am lactose intolerant and vegan, so I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. On the brightside, the baguette was good.

By far the worst one I’ve been to. The messed up half my order. My Sandwich had zero to nothing on it. The service was terrible the girl had an attitude when taking my order at speaker, when I got to window I sat for almost 5 minutes before they even cashed me out. I’ll never go back to this location.
