I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut with a buffett in at least a decade. So when I came upon this one I was really excited. The atmosphere, staff, and food was amazing. Especially Ashley. She made the experience extra special by being so attentive. It was nostalgic. I will definitely be back.

ashley. eleavates the entire staff to her level…she is personable and prof. she has stopped and checked my order multiple times before walking out and had the staff re make or correct my food many times. saving me a trip home and back. to whomever pays the rent on the building. they should seriously take notice of what they have and give this hard working woman the pay she is worth. hard working pro fesh and feindly. the day she leaves this store. may be the last time i vist this location. and my fam have been loyal cust for years. pay the great staff you have. and let them hore for u. she is truly the mortar that holds the briks up from falling down. to

Food is fine. The issue I have is with the third party delivery system. You increased the cost of ordering and the extra fee doesn’t even go to the driver (who was great by the way. Kept me updated the entire time as the store was taking a very long time to get my order together). Now Im going to take care of my driver. Gas isnt cheap. So im paying you for my food, paying the state their taxes for my food, paying you ANOTHER 5 dollars for the “delivery fee” and tipping my driver as well. You opted to use a 3rd party instead of having your own drivers to save money and liability. You pay the delivery fee!

Me and my family came all the way from New Iberia, Louisiana to come to Tuesday night because of a post. Me n my wife haven’t seen a sit down buffet in years let alone so clean. We wasn’t expecting nothing like it was Tuesday night. The group effort is why we will be back when we visit family. When I tell you I saw every cook/ crew member reload pizzas for crazy night buffet. That store was crazy busy but not one staff complained or let alone a customer. Kids were able to run around n laugh. The store was decorated for Halloween Thank you Pizza Hut in picayune we will be back for Tuesday night!

I just want to say that yall finally found someone who cares for her people and the people of picayune! I’m born n raise in picayune and have never saw that many people let alone that many cars parked for Pizza-Hut. Ms,Ashley did an outstanding job with cleaning this store up n putting decoration out. There was no room Tuesday night but how she dress up that store, I don’t think anyone cared. Everyone was talking n laughing. The most amazing part that I want to let be known is that even tho everyone was enjoying each other, they all came together to help Ashley n her server clean off tables for the next guest. There was a line out the door full of smiling faces. Great job to the person who hired an out standing young lady! Picayune Pizza Hut needed her.

10 minutes before I could find an employee and I was the only customer. Wrong sauce on wings. Didn’t cut pizza. Sold out of drink i ordered. All 3 items I got had an issue. Acted like I was inconvenience for trying to pick up food i had already paid for.

Wow!! What has changed in this pizza-hut?? Like everyone is so sweet & welcoming. Ms,Judy has been our waitress for 5 years since we been coming during the day buffet, but I still see a change of the restaurant.

Would rate zero. Terrible experience. I very rarely leave a restaurant upset, but we will never be back. The staff was lazy, and Buffett was left neglected/not checked or restocked, they lied to me over the phone about the price and specifications on “kids eat free tues”. We LITERALLY could have went ANYWHERE ELSE in Picayune and had a better experience. OVER ALL TERRIBLE!!

Went in and we were told it would be a couple minutes and someone would be with us. Well ten to twelve minutes later still nobody came. This kind of service happens quite a bit. We chose to leave and it was a little after Sunday evening 7pm.
