Maybe the cook should stay off of her phone and cook fresh food since it was all out and looked so old! This younger generation doesn’t take their job seriously much anymore! Had to ask for fresh veggies and pico and to please wipe up the mess where my food was being prepared! I don’t think the manager of this establishment would be happy about this! I was so upset and I wanted to make a scene but I decided to come here instead! I originally ordered on doordash and upon receiving my food my son was the first to discover the rice on both of our dishes were uncooked. I called Chipotle and spoke with marcel who was super apologetic and allowed me to come in and have them remake it. I truly appreciated this because I didn’t wanna have to place another order. This is another one of Chipolte’s Las Vegas Valley locations. On each of my prior visits, everything has always been exceptional. Every time, my order was perfectly made in a timely fashion. If you’re in this part of town in search of a bowl, burrito, or tacos, this is a great option to consider.

Awful customer service! I know Chipotle is well known for bad customer service. This is a new low. The cashier didn’t honor the reward for Queso that was on my app even if I showed it to her. She said it showed already redeemed on her side. It could have been an issue in the system but she didn’t given me benefit of the doubt. I ended up paying the full amount. I’m never trusting the scammy rewards system again.

!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! The workers were okay but the food was made absolutely disgustingly, the one making a burrito just kept putting their hands inside the food and got sauce everywhere. She wiped the sauce on her hands on her apron then kept getting sauce all over the burrito. She then wipes her nose with her sleeve then grabs another tortilla to add to the mess. She finally does it and still manages to basically wipe the burrito on the counter. She redid the first tortilla burrito 3 times and it just got messier and messier. She didnt even start over and get me clean normal food. I’ve never felt more sick or disgusted by chipotle service before. And believe me, I’m very understanding and I tend to not mind mistakes or messiness especially with burritos. But this was gross on another level.
