Delivery order should have been received by 6:52 pm! Spoke to the store at 7pm and was told driver had been left! Waited another 40 mins NO ARRIVAL! Went to the store for a remake! Manager wants to argue over the phone after I was told by a store employee to come in for a remake since my order had not arrived! Order finally arrives after I make it to the store! COLD! I have never had bad customer service from this store until now and I highly doubt I ever spend any more money with pizza hut because of this experience! Its no reason to pay for a order to be delivered to have to still drive to the store and then to receive horrible customer service….not one apology as if I was in the wrong and of course the pizza was cold after being gone from the store for 50 mins it no longer even looked fresh and I have pictures to prove it! Sad part is the bad service came from the manager over the phone not even the employees that were at the location! So I will give them credit! A rude manager is crazy with 99 excuses! The manager wanted to argue that the website not correct, the track your order not correct everything is estimates and that if more orders come in the driver will take them all at once so basically deliver cold food because you certainly not making tons of orders AT ONCE! Not the mention I asked why the food didn’t deliver via door dash and she stated door dash is not reliable as if the PIZZA HUT DRIVER DELIVERING NEARLY A HOUR AFTER LEAVING THE STORE IS RELIABLE! Meanwhile there were at-least 5 door dash drivers picking up orders while I was there….seems reliable to me! Posted pictures of the pizza that arrived 50 mins late COLD! Then to tell me since I was at the store how did I know it was cold! How about because their was a grown person who answered the door for the food and its as simple as THE FOOD IS COLD AND THIS IS A PICTURE OF HOW IT arrived! Not even a proper representation of their pizza! Smh

Update as of 1/9 still no refund and was hung up on by assistant manager. Was told her gm has A LOT of refunds to do and it will take longer. It’s been a week… sounds like bad business if they have a lot of refunds to issue. Yikes.

Service is absolutely terrible here. It has gone downhill so much I’m surprised this place is still even open. You can’t even get ahold of anyone at the store when you call. How do you work at a pizza place and not even know what goes in your deal boxes? You go in and everyone is on their phones and don’t even pay you any attention. Got a refund but would not provide me with any verification either. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is a dump

I would give them negative stars if I could. I bought a New Yorker with extra pepperoni. I got the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Some slices had a few pepperoni pieces and others none at all. My wife didn’t even try it. (Smart) I took a bite because I spent my money on it and instantly threw it away because it was disgusting. They don’t care what they give you. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place. You’ve been warned.

Ordered at 6:54pm. The estimate per the email confirmation was 7:23pm. On the tracker, the status never changed from making the order. Finally called after an hour. The first time someone from customer service. It wasn’t the store. Someone named Eric said he’d put me on hold and call the store to check on my order. After being on hold for 8 minutes, I was hung up on. Called back. This time, it was Heather actually at the store. She tried helping me figure it out. All she could figure out was that the order left the store with Door Dash. Their system has no idea when the order left the store. I asked her to cancel the order and tell Door Dash to take it back to the store. She graciously agreed and apologized. After an hour and a half, the order arrived, even though it was supposed to be canceled. I called the store back to tell them. The call went to customer service again. I told them what happened, and the guy told me to keep the food, and they’ll honor the refund since it took so long. He even said he dislikes it when orders go with Door Dash. There’s been issues. As expected, the food was cold. One of the pizzas was supposed to be pepperoni lovers. There was so little pepperoni that I’d hesitate to call it a pepperoni pizza. Sorry to say, but there’s plenty of places out pizzaing the Hut. As of right now, there’s no refund showing in my bank.

Literally any other place will out-pizza this hut. Horrible. Order was supposed to be delivered at 7:45. Came at 8:26 missing items. I called and they said it would be 20 minutes for my missing item to be redelivered. Called again 40 minutes later and was told the driver clocked out at 8. Yet I was told 20 minutes at 8:26 when my order was *partially* delivered. Refused a refund, refused to give any information including their name and manager names so I knew who to speak to about my order. Refused corporate information. Said “thats why our manager is suspended now because she gave out someone’s personal name”
So…..was there a driver or not? Because you said 20 minutes after your driver apparently “clocked out” 26 minutes prior to delivering my partial order.

I waited half an hour just to be served, and they didn’t even attend to me. A men who worked there looked at me, but still no one take my order. I waited longer and saw that most of them were on their phones. Just, horrible service.

Just paid almost 40$ at this location and everything was horribly burned. The supreme wasn’t as bad as the rest but could have been better. Will definitely think twice before ordering from here again

Ordered delivery for the first time via their website, paid almost ~$10 in delivery fees just to get a ham and pineapple pizza that I didn’t order 40 mins later. I called back and was told I have to wait up to 3 days for my refund. I wouldn’t recommend.
