I am writing to express a concern about sanitation practices I have repeatedly observed during my visits to your store , On multiple occasions, I have noticed a heavyset barista with long curly blonde hair contaminating their workstation shortly after I enter the store on almost every OCCASION!! This has made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness and food safety standards of this specific location . Maintaining a clean and sanitary preparation area is extremely important in a food service environment, and I believe this issue needs attention.
I value the store and the service provided, which is why I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.

I saw flags inside Starbucks . I personal won’t judge. However it’s business why would you brings your personal life into work? Because there’s many people who has different mindset and you want to respect every customer as much as possible and make them feel comfortable to come back to Starbucks right?

Every time I come here — whether I order online or in person — I end up waiting 20+ minutes. Today I ordered at the cafe at 7:40 AM and didn’t leave until 8:01 AM, while multiple people who walked in after me ordered at the counter and received their food before I did. This has also happened when I’ve ordered online.
If online orders are going to be delayed this badly, there should be better communication or order prioritization. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating.

Ordered a pistachio latte with extra topping thru mobile order, went to the Starbucks and there was no one in the drive thru, they didnt know i placed a mobile order, had to wait for them to make it. Got an extremely bitter latte with no topping, tastes like dead shots.

I thought my experience here was fine. They always made my drinks on time but not this time. I had 2 drinks and a sandwich. They got 2/3 of the items, it makes sense to make all the drinks together right? My drinks were supposed to be done around 8:21am. I was already late getting to the location at 8:33am but the frappe was not done yet. I waited another 15-20 minutes while the other frappes were being made and yet no one picked it up? They made other drinks that no one picked up yet. Why was my drink the last one to be made when the rest of my order is complete? I still love Starbucks but I don’t think I’ll be going here again.

Convenient location off 694 in Fridley. Spacious and decent amount of parking spots available. Its faster to walk-in to get your drink than the drive-thru. The drive-thru loops around the building and is one lane, so if you’re in a rush, you will be stuck behind the other cars. With that said, the staff was friendly the several times I stopped by this location. Another Starbucks option is to walk inside the Target down the street.

Alex is Amazing went through the drive thru this morning not knowing what I wanted just something sweet. They asked if I would like a surprise…well of course ! And Alex did not disappoint, the level of customer service is unmatched. Thank you for brightening my morning by going the extra mile !!!
