Had an absolute feast here for a good price. This food is perfect for a Friday night after a hard week. It’s filling and flavorful. The soup dumplings were a highlight along with the scallion beef rolls.
Those warmed us up for the fried shrimp noodles and beef. I really enjoyed getting takeout from here and I’ll definitely be back. Would recommend!

I recently learned about this place through my friends and had a great experience. The food was well prepared especially the Ma Po tofu and the Spicy beef in Sichuan style. They also offer a wide variety of cocktails and beer. The service was excellent and the food came out decently quick. Overall this spot delivers authentic traditional chinese food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I recommend this place especially if you enjoy spicy food and sichuan style Chinese food

Found taste house after work one night with my friends, not expecting anything to exceed our expectations but we found our new favorite spot! The scallion pancakes, beef and cabbage dumplings, vegetable dumplings and crab rangoons were some of the best and most fresh I’ve ever had. The drinks were exceptional (we had the lychee martini and a French martini). To top it off, the service was excellent, staff was super sweet and attentive. Highly highly highly recommend taste house

I gave you guys an amazing review about the pupu platter from my other Google account t idk first time I guess it was great but I kind of order often and the more and more I’m disappointed the food isn’t cooked all the way and I loved how my chicken was cleaned now this batch isn’t? I’m just annoyed if the order is cutting it close I’d rather you not l accept the order if you can’t put the food out fully cooked/prepared.

My family and I recently dined in and I have to say, I am very impressed. The food was all freshly made, tasted phenomenal, and looked very appetizing! The prices were very reasonable as well. We ordered Mango Shrimp, Salty Squid, Doubled Cooked Pork, and Oyster Pancake w/ Gravy amongst other things + drinks. Every item we ordered was perfect to the seasoning and very unique. The bar also had a wide selection of good drinks! The entire staff and overall place was very friendly and enjoyable. Definitely recommend if you are looking for new Chinese/Asian cuisine places to try around the Waltham area! We will 100% be back in the future!

Got take out from here for the first time. Order was correct and neatly packed. Food was very good. One disappointment is the sauce for the pan fried ravioli/scallion pancakes is a sweet brown sauce and not the expected savory ginger sauce. Kung pao shrimp was also quite salty.
Finally, if you download and order from the app there’s a 10% off promotion (first time only)- but also a mandatory 20% gratuity charge AND a convenience fee to pay via the app. I didn’t compare prices, but some apps also increase prices so check to be sure. If you order over the phone & pickup, you can add a gratuity upon purchase on site …….though tipping in advance of receiving an order for the first time is a risk I try to avoid.

Great new Asian eatery with some unique Taiwanese fares. We stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the deep and unique flavors in the simple dishes we ordered. Even their hot and sour soups were a cut above many others in terms of its intensity and authenticity.
We will definitely come back to sample their other menu items.

I checked out this place yesterday since it’s comparatively new in the neighborhood. The restaurant has a bar and offers a variety of drinks including sake. Their menu is hugeeee- they have a good blend of vegetarian, fish, and meat dishes. They have a blend of Chinese and Thai dishes. Our server was quick and attentive.
We started with spicy cucumbers with garlic and scallion pancakes The scallion pancakes were crisp and delicious, so try the sauce that comes with it. Loved it. However, the cucumbers were on the sweeter side which wasn’t bad, but I was not expecting that.
We then ordered mapo tofu (vegetarian) and fried rice. The tofu was unbelievably soft, and the quantity is enough to feed 3 people tbh. But honestly it was a lil underwhelming for my expectations. It is a sichuan dish but it lacked the heat (peppercorns)and spices that I usually look forward to in my mapo tofu. Also, the fermented beans were missing from this dish. The green in the dish killed the taste a bit, it was the first time I saw peas in mapo tofu. Again, it wasn’t bad, but I’ve definitely had better mapo tofu.
The fried rice was good, nothing special. Portion size was good. Overall I would say it was a good experience. Maybe il try some other vegetarian dishes the next time I visit.

The food here seems to be a hit or miss in terms of quality and which chef is in the house. Items on the menu don’t look like what is ordered on some occasions. The basics seem to be pretty decent, and the wait staff is very friendly. Good spot for a drink at the bar.
