Stopped by 2.9.2026 on my way to PA. You know what to expect with Moe’s in terms of food. Brittany was great behind the counter though. She was friendly and helpful and focused. I ate my meal and saw her interact with lots of customers amd she handled all of them professionally and pleasantly. Keep up the good work Brittany!

Terrible experience, free chips and salsa with every order! Except to-go orders lol. They offered me tiny cups at the bar. Said I could have as many as I want. $50+ order with cheese. 2nd purchase required for a “cup” salsa. Insulting.

Went to Walmart for an oil change, my significant other suggested Moes, I voiced my distaste for the idea but we went anyways. I got a quesadilla and both of which had as much chicken as two chicken nuggets cut up. The only thing about the visit I can say was the lady who rang us up was at least nice after giving us a poor service. Even though she couldn’t remember in a matter of 10 seconds to give me my cups and told me to have a good day. Not to mention the coke??? Why is your coke 100% carbonation and like 10% flavor. If I had a dime invested in this establishment I would do some serious staff revising. Workforce may be poor but it cannot be this poor. I will not be stopping at Moes again.

Wow they act like they have profit sharing!!! I asked for a little rice and was told that was a double charge yet never got a single portion. The bowl is EXTRA SHALLOW…. like their portions. I had to ask if there was a charge for Pico and cheese. 1st time LAST time. Child’s portions and no meat. Just SAD!!! Could have fit it all on 4 chips… lol

Worse place to get food when i enter in moe’s, lady was cleaning then I told her to change her gloves, she get mad I can see from her face. After when i order she put just little rice and chicken when i told her that you are not filling enough she said I will charge for extra. If i am paying $11 for my food it should be enough so i can feed myself one time, but these idiots do not care. Their motive is just making money not serving food to people. Never visit this place again.

Went in to Moe’s for the first time during a long drive home. The customer service of the young lady who served me was almost nonexistent. She literally warmed up the tortilla and then threw it on the counter from where the heater was. She was not polite and when she realized she confused my order she proceeded to send her co worker to finish my order. The young lady then proceeded to stay whispering into her co workers ear and looking at the woman at the register. It seemed EXTREMELY unprofessional as if they were both gossiping about their other co worker on the register. The woman on the register was the most polite one at this location and had excellent customer service. The food was overall OK, but I would definitely not recommend going to this location if you’re looking for friendly and professional service.

I have stopped at this 24hr location a few times and had really good service. However, stopped at 4am on 1/13/26 and was going to get a burrito. The lady working there looked at me 3 times and never took my order.
