We enjoyed our brunch. If you are looking for something a little bit more upscale, this is the place!
We started with bruschetta and were pleased with the presentation. It was a large serving with extra crostini’s upon request. The tomatoes were separate, so you could build your own.
The half salad option was great since my wife wanted the house salad and I wanted Caesar of course. The complimentary bread were thin pie sliced triangles which I thought was like a pizza dough. It was warm and soft and my 14 year old couldn’t stop eating it.
Our entrées were very good. I had the Fettuccine Bianco which was a seafood mixture over what tasted like fresh made pasta to me. Absolutely a perfect mixture of seafood to pasta. The wife had the mushroom risotto which could have been served in a five gallon bucket it was so big. The flavor was as big to match the serving size. The 14 year old got the most expensive dish on the menu. He chose the 8 oz wagyu filet which was so tender and so flavorful, he regretted eating all the bread first.
Service was pleasant and we didn’t feel neglected at all. We will definitely go again, but it will probably be a special occasion spot. Sorry for no food pics. We ate it too fast! The photo I posted was the view from our table.
After sat we were excited for some real Italian pizza.
We order a salad and the salmon dip appetizer.
The presentation on both of these was amazing.
The salad although beautiful was over done and had hardly any good flavors or density to it.
The reason this got 2/5 stars though is the pizza.
The pizza was recommended by our server and turned out to be the WORST pizza I have had in my entire life.
I understand this is not a pizzeria but it was recommended by the staff of the restaurant.
The pizza was horrible with bland sauce, a crust that was most likely pre made and not only felt like cardboard but tasted like it, and had copious amounts of what resembled mozzarella but so much so it was just cheese goop. The “Margherita Pizza literally just had whole pieces of raw tomato plopped atop the cheese.
I am a true pizza lover and love just about anything the even resembles pizza but this was just awful to
The point that not one of the three of us could eat it and we ended up finishing our drinks and appetizers and leaving.
We left at 2. And there were 2 others tables there besides us. The waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time, we never got our appetizer we ordered, and the food was very bland and tasteless. I was not impressed.
