Our family loves this place for a quick meal or take out! Food is fresh, tasty and good quality. Our kids get the delicious sandwiches and soup. We get salads and soup. Lots of variety to choose from. Also great bread and baked desserts. The various cold drinks (teas etc) are so much better than sodas. The folks who work at the locations we go to are well trained and kind. Definitely a good place to stop!

It’s Panera Bread. You either like it or you don’t. It happens we like it for a quick light meal. We were traveling and had a late lunch here. It was as good as usual.

This is your typical Panera shop, which you can find anywhere in the country, but what made this one stand out more than the others, was the wonderful lady taking your counter orders. What surprised us the most was how she knew almost everyone by name when they came through the front door. We were staying at the Holiday Inn, which shares the same parking lot, so we came in each morning for coffee and bagels. I told her how impressed I was with her and the 2nd and 3rd day I came through that door; she greeted me with my name. All I can say is, she is an asset to Panera, and they should reward her accordingly. It was such a pleasure to meet someone of her character, especially now-a-days. As for the restaurant, plenty of free parking, very clean and well maintained shop and the food and coffee met what we have come to expect from Panera.

I come here from time to time for a ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich (AMAZING 10/10) and EVERYTIME they are so so kind and even when the food takes a bit they handle it phenomenally . The staff is great here ! Today I came for my regular order ciabatta cheesesteak no red peppers add red onions. They accidentally put red peppers and missed red onion (or I got wrong order possibly ) but when I came in to let them know , they quickly got me a replacement and they were so sympathetic about the mix up. This is why I keep coming back!! Just a really great team super quick great service . 10/10 recommend this location

I waited 15 minutes for a bowl of French onion soup! The “soup” was absolutely disgusting! French onion soup is supposed to have a layer of broiled cheese on top… what I was served had a table spoon of shredded cheese on top that was mix in. When I questioned the team behind the counter about it they ALL said “the cheese will milt in the soup”. I PAID $10 for CRAP!

The reason for this bad review is purely on maintaining the property. 6 months ago I hit this street light pedestal in the dark. It is poorly marked, as you can see by my pictures, and the height of the pedestal is very low. Let me add that there is no longer a light as someone knocked it over. Not only that, as seen by the pictures MANY people have hit it.

The people in Panera bread were very kind to us.

Never imagined the amount of damage to my car. I parked where the blue car is parked, barely hit my gas and caused my tie rod to snap.

The pedestal is poorly marked. Reflector is not high enough and does not reflect in the dark.

I hoped that after 6 months it would be fixed. But traveling through again 6 months later it is still not fixed.

The owner of this property should fix the issue. He knows about it as I watched him the morning after come to the hotel and look at it as I was waiting for my tow and uber.

Absolutely, negligent of the owner. I’m almost at 800 Google reviews, I never have experienced such negligence to a property.

The salads are a joke for $14. The”full sized salads” are nothing more than a side salad. I ordered the Green Goddess chicken salad to take out. Got home no chicken on the salad, avocado was bruised. Some lettuce was brown. Never again

If you’re dreaming of the paneras from a decade ago, this is where you should go. Most Panera’s have gone downhill fast the last few years, but we stopped here on a road trip and it was just what Panera used to be. It was super clean, the food was fresh and well presented and the workers were so friendly! Highly recommend this Panera and here’s to hoping more paneras bring back quality like this one!

We travel by car up and down East Coast several times each year, and if we need quick, healthier option for breakfast or lunch we choose Panera over any other fast food. Of the at least 12 Panera locations we have stopped at over the past several years, this Sturbridge MA location is our favorite. It is relatively new so I hope they continue to maintain it. The layout is well designed, the dining area, counters, displays, and open kitchen appear clean and well maintained. Clean bathrooms at this location which unfortunately can’t be said at other Paneras these days. Staff is very nice, helpful and they strive for a clean professional appearance (starting to decline in other Panera locations). Outside patio tables and furniture need refresh, as they were a bit dirty and broken. Plenty of parking available. Drive thru option. 5 star.
