Short wait for seating, very busy venue. Order taken, processed and served within a reasonable timescale, however, and Ryan was warm and friendly when doing so.

Plastic plates and cheap cutlery belie the warmth, service and quality of food

Well, my husband and I have a new favorite breakfast spot! This restaurant is very cozy, and the staff is warm and inviting. It is tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Portsmouth, but it is worth going out of the way for. We came in on a Sunday and were sat down within five minutes. The list of specials all sounded delicious. My waffle special really hit the spot with coconut flakes and raspberries. I also enjoyed taking a few bites of my husband’s Roma Omelette – stuffed with Italian Sausage peppers and onions. I will be sure to try some of their more savory options next time we visit.

If you are ever in the area, stop in and support them – they are wonderful.

Went for breakfast on Saturday morning, 15 minute wait for 4 people. Prompt friendly service, food was served hot and would definitely recommend.

My 2-2-2 breakfast was very good. Husband had the special, Irish scramble. Corned beef was very tough. Overall, with the exception of the corned beef, food was pretty good.
However, they definitely didn’t have enough help. We sat within 5 minutes, but never approached for 15 – 20 minutes for coffee. It took almost an hour to get our food. In the breakfast place for over 1.5 hours!
We probably won’t be back

Food is as good as other restaurants in the area. Not thrilled with the overly bright, open dining area, a little too much like a warehouse feeling decorated in bright yellow. Clean, but could stand a little effort toward coziness. Wall decor is a little over the top, covered with bright posters and diner slogans. If you’re prone to migraines, or if bright lights make you nauseated, you should probably skip it. Nothing too special about the place otherwise. Pretty average.

Stopped by for the first time to place a to go order. The front staff were very friendly and patient! My daughter ordered the French toast and she said it was delicious. Hoping to come back to try more items off the menu.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Service is friendly and attentive. Omelette amazing, delicious home fries, yummy muffins and excellent flavored coffee (maple cinnamon was today’s flavor). I can’t wait to go back!!!

Great breakfast and more affordable than the O.G. Golden Egg. Service was prompt and friendly.

Came here when visiting Portsmouth. Very disappointed. The home fries were basically baked potatoes. I could have made better ones at home. The omelette was okay. The lady’s restroom is so small that you can barely sit down without hitting your head on the wall.

Debbie served us and she was very warm and welcoming. Just a little hint of humor which we loved! This the first review I have ever written about toast. Yes TOAST! The raisen toast was the best toast I have had in my 67 years on the planet!!
