I decided to stop by Kyle Pizza Company to finally try out a local pizzaria, and I am so glad I did.
I ordered a pie to-go, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised once I got it home. As someone who knows good pizza, this really reminded me of the slices back in New York. It is rare to find that authentic profile around here, but they nailed it.
The standout for me was the balance of flavors:
The Dough: Perfectly textured and very tasty.
The Sauce: Savory and deeply flavorful. Most importantly, it lacks that sugary, sweet aftertaste that ruins so many other pizza recipes.
It was a fantastic first experience, and I really enjoyed every bite. If you’re looking for a quality local spot that respects the craft, this is it.

This is one of the best spots in Kyle. Their pizza is consistently amazing: nothing flashy or eye-catching, just good, solid pizza with quality ingredients. We never feel the need to leave Kyle to get really good pizza because this place does such a great job.
I recommend the Pizza Zen in particular but you really can’t go wrong with any of them. Pro tip: get the Pepperoni Rolls.

New to Kyle in the last 8 months or so and met the owner randomly near the square one day this past summer. Finally got around to ordering from there and loved the New York style pizza. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu. So happy to support a local, non-chain, restaurant … in my new town.

I’m also one of those people that orderes a baseline at each new restaurant. And for pizza that is a standard pepperoni no frills. Plus foodie Joe hyped up their pepperoni so I had to anyway.
Now to the pizza: I had forgotten what pizza sauce should taste like because within one bite I knew this was homemade and not canned. The crust was not too thick and not too thin and if I were pushed to nit pick, the only thing that could have been a bit better or crispier. The pepperoni was very good quality and like Joe said, actually tastes like pepperoni and the cheese was perfectly melted.
On top of that it was very reasonably priced and the little restaurant was super cute (note: soft drinks only)
They obviously do take out and they deliver. This place is owned by a local couple who have fed Kyle with delicious Kyle Pizza Co. for many years.
Service was very friendly and attentive and gave that small town neighborly feel.

Best margarita pizza I have had in a long time. The roasted garlic and herbs made it extra special and delicious. I also loved the crust. I love supporting local businesses and hope more people moving to Kyle make this their go-to pizza place.

I had a hunger for something to eat. I wanted something different. Not just your regular same old stand-by fast food drive up and drive off.
I look online for a list of restaurants near me. While online an advertisement popped up for Kyle pizza. I watched and was intrigued by the mom and pop atmosphere portrayed. I thought maybe one of those name brand pizza because they are just the fall back stop for pizza. My wife wanted something different so I said okay, different it is.
Drive up to a small building with a small town look and atmosphere around it. When I walked in and looked around it reminded me of my small town restaurant that I used to go to back in the late 70’s early 80’s.
I was greeted by the owner (Billy) whom I advised of my short story before walking in. He said I would not be disappointed and that they make a better pizza than the competition.
I waited for a few minutes before I got my order to go. Read the history of Billy and his adventures over the last few years of his pizza adventure from a delivery driver to ownership.
When I got my order it looked and smelled fresher than other name brand. It was a picture perfect pizza that I forgot to take. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the Pizza.
When I got into the slice it was so amazing. An explosion of flavors. I thought I’ve had good pizza. But this pizza is a mark to judge other pizza. Hands down I was very pleasantly surprised and more than pleased with my choice.
I highly recommend going out of your way to find and try this pizza place. I look forward to my next pizza night or even an early evening night out with the family.

Best local pizza spot in Kyle. The pizza is always well baked which sets it apart from any chain restaurant. I just picked up a pizza and Savannah offered to to carry it out to the car for me since I had my hands full with my toddlers. That was a very nice gesture and goes to show how great the service is here. I can’t recommend this place enough.
