The staff were VERY kind. I give a 10/10 rating for the kind woman that helped me. I was able to ask questions without feeling like I annoyed her. As a first time customer that is always helpful. As I looked at the bar, I noticed a few of the options looked dry and unappealing. I asked to try the rice and that sold me to try the bowl. The seasoned rice is good! I decided to get white meat chicken and it does not taste well. I actually didn’t finish my bowl because I just couldn’t bother with the look and flavor of the chicken and veggies anymore. The cooked peppers and onions were also soggy/overcooked. I’m used to Pancheros quality, where everything looks and tastes fresh, but I wanted to give them a try. I don’t think it’s worth trying again.

I have to give a huge shout out to this Moe’s location and the manager, Renee. In a world of fast food chains (*cough cough* Chipotle) getting worse and worse, skimping on portions, raising prices, hiring awful employees and overall failing, Renee and the Deptford Moe’s are making great, fresh food consistently in a clean store with a smile. The price is a bit higher than Chipotle but Moe’s has a great and free salsa bar to make up for it. The portions are huge, the burritos taste amazing and overall this place just delivers.

Normally we have great service here. Today was the total opposite. Worker behind the counter barley spoke, when he did >it was mumbles. The homewrecked bow has half the amount of food that it usually gets, amd this is the bag of chips we got with our two dinners

I’ve tried many times to give this location a chance. This isn’t my first bad visit but this is the worst ever experience. What a waste of money. The chips are not cooked( full of oil and bendable) rice is not cooked ( hard rice)and the burrito was rolled crazy. I paid 15.00 each for food I can’t even eat. I’m surprised no one has gotten sick.

Went tonight to grab food as it got crowded after my husband and I walked in and the manager made sure all staff were taking care of everyone that came through the door behind us as well as us.I have to say every time he’s there it’s been an amazing experience he’s the reason that made me want to continue to come to Moe’s. Food was great. It’s nice to see a manager who cares and is so involved in taking care of his customers.

Seems like this place changes management a lot! I have been eating here since this location opened we always get the same things, last night went in to get our usual this time and the last time it seems like a lot of the food is not ready or overcooked or not prepared or prepared differently then before, the counter person basically wasn’t trained on anything and mumbled everything, then I was given a problem for getting extra dressing ( which if it’s that much of a problem for 2 dinners to just get dressing on the side is kind of crazy) I have no problem paying but it’s never the same charge its a different price every time. The peblano crema was white and tasted terrible I was told by the girl behind the counter oh we don’t know why it’s white this time ….( It’s normally a light green) The manager was also rude smh . I can’t understand why this store just can’t seem to get it together

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered 2 burritos for takeout only to get home to take a bite and the rice was severely undercooked and crunchy on top of the chicken having a soapy aftertaste. Please do better guys, spending over $30 for dinner for two just to go in the trash is such a waste.

First off we were not greeted with welcome to Moe’s like usual. I think they r under new management since last time I came here. Well we waited 4 minutes to be asked what we would like and there was no body there. I let it go proceeded to order our food. I chose ground beef as my protein and it looked burnt as is but I tried to look past it and went on with the order. We get to check out and they tell us sorry they have no drinks only unsweetened tea so the husband said ok. And mind u the tea was watery as hell the husband said. Well we sit down and husband says I need salt for the chips so he goes and asks for some. We assumed it was freshly poured salt but idk if it was fresh cause after the husband sprinkled some on his chips I said eww what’s that in the salt. It was pieces of idk what in the salt they poured us to use. My husband did not eat his chips since he added that salt. And my tummy is grumbly upset as I write this review. Won’t be returning

I don’t know what happened in the past few months but I think today has to be the worst order I have received, my wife went to pick up a bowl for me and we were shocked when we opened the bag and saw the bowl half empty. We’ve never had this issue before but my wife said they were out of rice which is understandable but half the entire bowl being empty is not.

Had a great experience at Moe’s! The manager, Ryan, was incredibly helpful and made sure I was taken care of quickly. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly cares about providing good customer service. My order was correct, the food was fresh, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely coming back—thanks, Ryan!
