Donuts are up to $13.99 per dozen. It would be nice to get enough icing on them to taste it. The double chocolate are like this every time now. Dry too. Not punishing them with review, I hate writing this. But hopefully it helps them improve their product.

Everytime I get an iced vanilla cappuccino or iced vanilla coffee here, there is never enough vanilla flavoring in my beverage, even when I ask for extra vanilla. Oh.. I surely do get charged for extra syrup, but I rarely get it.

I normally just go to this particular DD to get coffee. Coffee is always great. I got dozens donuts and they were very hard. Called and drove back and got replacements. The replacements were also hard. I have never had this many hard. It’s either a bad day or old batch they are thawing. Should have just got my money back.

Everything looks good at this place overall as far as I could tell. I was however disappointed that the two Boston Cream donuts that were available looked like icing had been scraped off of them. This was a little after 10 AM on July 4, 2023. I personally felt that given the time of day things looked bare to a degree in certain donut spots. I think Dunkin should consider that if they see a product getting to a halfway point that they should be working on making a new tray of donuts. It is my personal opinion that the donuts should have been at least 80% full on each selection and not simply left to run out of their availability, especially regarding the time of day. They obviously had other donuts to choose from, but the fact that they didn’t have a decent looking Boston Cream donut, not even one, was a disappointment. Normally I have only seen things like this happen towards their closing times the other times I have visited. I will give them kudos though on the girl who waited on me. She had a great demeanor and was respectful.
