We pulled into drive thru with just one car in front of us. That car waited for a while after someone came over speaker and said we will be with you in a few . When we pulled up to the speaker no one acknowledged us we sat for 10 minutes discussing amongst our self about the wait time for some girl to come over the speaker to tell us that they had a very big order come in and tje kitchen was trying to play catch up and that we needed to be patient. We sat for another 10 minutes and was backing out when the finally decided to help . We didnt order we left . Just so you know 3 other cars left as well because I got out and asked them to move and explained the lack of service. We all ended up at mcdonalds where we received amazing service.

Not to bad of an experience, but it cost us quite a bit for lunch for just 4 whoppers it was right at $30 because they couldn’t make us Double Cheeseburgers. That’s just crazy at it’s self. So they made us get Double Whoopers . Then to top it off they put both piece’s of cheese just on top of one patty. Then one was suppose to have none. I will say because of their mess up she did give us some that we didn’t want or eat. So not the Best B.K Experience!!!!

These people care about their customers. From the lady who helped me read the menu with my low vision to the two guys who checked whether customers were happy with their food. A much nicer experience than I recently had at a McDonald’s. Food and atmosphere are typical of a fast food restaurant but the people and the service made this one stand out

The food is good. The service was awful. I work in customer service and get terrible customers all day and even right before close and it’s awful but I do NOT act the way they did. The one guy literally slammed a tray on the counter w a customer standing right infront of him and when my bf asked for a lid he slammed cup or something on the ground. I would get fired if I did that at my job

Sorry excuse for a tomato. Asked them to fix and got a couple more slimy mini tomatoes. Won’t ever be back to this one. Dixie Express and Biscuit Company are a couple of good fast food stops in Ramseur.

Really? So I just ordered a double whopper combo and a fiery chicken sandwich. They had no problem charging me for the meal. After the fact, they had no ice for my drink. When I pointed this out they had no remedy because there is no reimbursement for ice. What the heck. I don’t want money, I want what I paid for in advance. Really? Come on man. I’d run up the street and buy a bag before I shafted a customer like this. Think about it
