I’ve now had two very negative experiences in a row at this location.
First I went through drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts for my family. I asked for 12 strawberry sprinkled and was informed that I’m only allowed to do that if I order ahead. I asked how many I can order and they replied with “uh, maybe like 6.” When I contacted dunkin regarding this, they attempted to call me during work hours and when I called back, they did not answer and I was texted and told to call again tomorrow. Im not sure why a call would have been needed in the first place.
A couple months have gone by and I decided to give it another try. We went in to order due to the long line in drive thru and placed an order at the self-help kiosk. We got our drinks, and waited about 10 minutes for the 6 donuts we ordered. When someone finally called us up they had said they had no strawberry sprinkled left (we ordered 3 strawberry and 3 glazed; I clearly saw there were strawberry at the time I ordered). I said no problem and asked for chocolate sprinkled, which they were out of as well. I then asked for regular chocolate and was again snubbed because a family of 5 who had just walked in was ordering 11 chocalte and one vanilla sprinkled right next to me. So, I was told I can’t order 12 strawberry a couple months back but now a family can order nearly a full dozen of one kind (when I was there first to begin with).
I asked for a refund and the manager came and refunded the full half dozen, but then charged me for the 3 glazed on a separate transaction. The 3 donuts we ended up with were stale and nearly inedible. In total I wasted about 20 minutes to get some stale donuts.
I would not recommend this location. Any other location near the Madison area seems to be more professional and organized.

I stopped here for coffee the other day,
I enjoy speaking with the employees. All three younger adults working in the evening right before closing time and they were focused. They were cleaning the floor and provided great customer service with a smile. I wish all three of them well and my coffee was delicious.

I’ve experienced mixed service from here. Drive thru is always quick, but interior is slower and unclean. Food is generally good though! Donuts are nice towards the morning & the coffee is also very enjoyable. However, do not order the breakfast wraps. They are much smaller than advertised and not very good.
Here, the coffee is very consistent. Friendly staff, too.

Ordered a meal deal and donut for drive through pick up on the app. Line for drive through was going to the road so went to pick up inside as I have done before. They had my iced coffee ready and like every visit were out of the donuts I want. Agreed to a different donut and asked if they were still working on the rest of my order and they said yes. I waited 20 minutes and walked out without the rest of my paid for order. The mass of doordash orders seem to take priority.

This location is a hit or miss for service and quality. Today was the worst. Service in drive thru was ok. I opened my hot mocha to let it cool and found SEVERAL hairs floating in the cream. Avoid this location!

Weekends are the worst time to come to Dunkin’ Donuts the coffee taste like crap or they don’t make your order as requested. I’ve stopped coming to Duncan’s because of them not listening to Customer. I said multiple times in drive-through no worries as I needed to go get somewhere by specific time And I get to the window and it has ice. I didn’t have time for them to remake it because I am on a time crunch if you’re gonna have people working there, you should really make sure they listen to what the customer says.

We pulled up on a Saturday morning looking to get a half dozen donuts and a couple iced coffees and were at least twelve cars back in the drive through. Even so, we spent no more than probably six minutes waiting – it was honestly impressive how efficiently they pushed the line through.
Coffee was actually better than the donuts in my opinion, but either way we got out of there spending a twenty and receiving change so this is a stop that won’t break the bank by any means. Staff at the window were courteous and pleasant.

This is our weekend go to for my kids sleepover breakfasts!! Sometimes I’m a little disappointed that by mid-morning the donuts are pretty picked over and scarce. I recommend going as early as possible to have a better selection!

On multiple occasions, I have ordered ahead by 15 minutes or more and still had to wait when I got there. This last time was the same case. But my order had been printed and put on the counter after 10 minutes awaiting I had asked them if they could please do my order because other orders that were printing after mine we’re getting filled except for mine.
