Now I understand all the horrible reviews. Avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. I’ve been there several times always extremely long wait, rude employees. The $1.00 happy hour drinks are almost $2.00 after tax. They do not give senior discounts like all other Taco Bells. They charge for water. They put very little ingredients in their food. Ordered 2 gorditas, one Taco. Had very little ingredients which contained mostly lettuce 1 tiny piece chicken couldn’t find any sour cream and it was hard and cold. Guy making food didn’t have gloves on, had long dreadlocks slinging around food. The girl taking my order couldn’t speak or understand English. Had to wait forever in drive thru asked twice are you there, girl snapped at me. Told girl window as long as we waited for 1 drink should be free she snapped back at me. Called manager next day she said people refuse to come inside and order would rather “sit” in car wait in drive thru. I told her my drink was flat she did offer free meal which was cold, all lettuce, hard and nasty. Will NEVER be back. Surprised still operating.

I don’t eat here much but the one closest to me closed (Pocahontas Trail). That could be a blessing in disguise because that place was riddled with problems. This Taco Bell seems to never be busy so I worry that it won’t last much longer. We’ll see.
The food is always prepared correctly and the window attendant is always friendly and polite. I once had a missing taco from my drive through order years ago but they offered to give me a free one on my next visit. I never took them up on it because of the distance from my house. I recommend this location.

Lindsey, Nat and Bill have excellent customer service and go above and beyond for their customers. They have excellent hospitality too. Plus, the food was delicious and was served to me and my family quickly. I would definitely come back to this location!

Hours say closes at 2am, attempted to get food at 1:20am but was kicked out by the workers despite the door being unlocked and we were able to walk in easily. They were shocked that we walked in and were extremely rude, saying “Oh no you can’t order, we’re not taking any.” Please fix your hours or communicate to your workers the correct time, it honestly seemed like they were just lazy and did not want to serve us.

Just got out of the hospital with my son across the street at sentara. Unfortunately this place was the only one opem close to midnight. Ordered my food, the lady in the drive through window was obviously messed up on something. Came all the way home across town to find his meal missing out of the bag. Called the store 3 times.. never got an answer. I guess ill never get what i ordered. Luckily, hes not picky and i just told him they messed up his order and gave him mine.. ZERO STARS!!

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They have messed up my order almost every time I’ve gone, primarily by burning the rice and potatoes, but on occasion also forgetting items.

The restaurant’s cleanliness was also a concern, with trash cans overflowing and an overall unkempt appearance. This lack of attention to basic hygiene only added to the dismal atmosphere.
Regrettably, my experience is not an isolated incident. Numerous other reviews have reported similar issues, including rude service, long wait times, and unsanitary conditions. It’s evident that this location is consistently underperforming, and it’s unclear whether management is taking steps to address these persistent problems.
In summary, I strongly advise against visiting this Taco Bell. The combination of poor service, extended wait times, and unsanitary conditions makes it a place to avoid.

Floors and tables were all dirty, women’s bathroom was disgusting and there’s no way the sink buildup was just from one day. Smoke detector beeping the entire time because of dead battery. Nobody at the register do you chew no choice but to order at the kiosk. Took over 10 minutes to get 2 quesadillas inside with nobody else there. They don’t give free water with purchase, it’s $0.75. I’ve never been to a restaurant that wouldn’t give you free water with a meal. Even 711 has free water cups. Food was fresh at least.
