There were a few construction guys that came in before us and were sitting down and getting their food. By time we ordered and sat down to eat our food they were gone. So, here we are with one other table of 4 people. We are just 2. They ran out of Mac NCheese at 12:30 on a Wednesday. We waited about 20 minutes before we got our order nobody even behind us. The food is mediocre to say the least. Semi warm. Not hot. There were three people working behind the counter. They kept talking about it being utter chaos. Not sure how…. 7 people in the resturant. They subbed out the Mac n cheese for mashed potatoes. They were gross. Not satisfied at all. At the end, the owner went to the other table and asked them how everything was. I’m guessing he didn’t want to hear my response. But here it is.

Only had 2 people working when there was supposed to be 6 a lot of people waiting. Asked for no ice in my drink came filled with ice, missing a order of mashed potatoes, brisket frys came with no brisket (also very salty), ordered 2 pork rib plates 1st one had 1 rib add on 2nd one had 2 rib add ons both came with 7 1st ordered also had very little meat on the bones. My side of frys I had for the 2nd order also came with very little frys

Really enjoyed my meal here recently. Arrived early just before the lunch crowd. Staff was friendly and took my order and prepared quickly. This was my first visit here and I went with the 1 meat, 2 side option. I was challenged to finish it all! Definitely found a new favorite place for green beans, they were amazing! Looking forward to returning and trying other options!

Thoroughly enjoyed the barbeque rib plate and turkey sliders. Choice of barbeque sauces are “Original”, “Sweet” and “Spicy.”
The “Original” sauce has excellent zest without being overpowering. The “Sweet” sauce is a touch milder than the “Original” with a similar zest, but less heat. I did not try the “Spicy”, but it smells like it has a bit more zip.
Friendly staff and a very clean dining area. Country and Western music fills the air in the background, quiet enough so you can hold a conversation, which is greatly appreciated.
Catering is available with no additional delivery charge.

A bit leary going to a chain restaurant for smoked barbecue, but I was impressed with the food. They have a good selection of sides and choices of meat. The food was very good, but I would recommend splitting a 3 meat plate with someone. It was a lot of food, so we brought a lot home! The sides were delicious and also plentiful. The barbecue sauces are unique and add an extra layer of depth to the food. The food was not as smokey as I hoped and the brisket was a bit too much like pot roast for me.

One of the better franchise bbq places I’ve been to in the west side of MI. Got a kid’s brisket meal which came with 2 cuts, a side, bread, sauce, and a small drink. Just enough for me ☺️

I would recommend over and over for dine in only! Came on lunch one time and was in awe at the amount of meat on my sand which and had everything I needed/wanted.
Now have ordered “online through doordash” twice now and both time sandwhiches were TINY compaired to eating in the restaurant and we were both missing a side from our meal. The fry bag was not even half full and soaked in grease. And when trying to contact them about missing items their number is not even working! Very dissatisfied!

First time here. Ordered the Westerner (Pulled Pork and Jalapeño Cheddar Kielbasa) combo with BBQ beans(bacon). It was good but I thought the pork was a little dry and didn’t see any bacon in the beans. Limit options of pop on the machine that we’re working. Restaurant was clean.
