This store is always dirty in the dining room. Tonight my wife and I went through the drive thru and of course we checked to make sure our items were in the bag. They left out one item so I went inside to get the item. When I came home my bowl was made with chicken in which I had paid the extra money for the steak. So I headed back down to the restaurant. When I received the item the second time it was only steak and rice. The carina bowl come with a lot more toppings. Maybe if the employee would stop smoking weed in the parking lot, the orders would be right. Just a suggestion. Employees should know YOUR MENU ! THATS ALL.

No soap in men’s restroom. Food was luke warm at best. Fingerprints all over the doors and kiosks. Napkins not in the dispenser. No medium lids. Very dirty near the drink station. Staff members in the back cussing while kids were in the dining room. Won’t ever be back to this gross location.

The last 3 times I have went, my orders are always messed up. Last night I was supposed to get a Doritos locos taco with my box, got a hard shell instead and didn’t even get my cinnamon twists. The time before that, my husband ordered 3 double deckers and got 3 crunchy tacos. The time before that, I ordered 3 bean burritos and two cheesy roll ups for my daughter and they completely messed it up. Gave us 5 bean burritos and no cheesy roll ups. I don’t know what’s going on with the staff right now, but come on yall. I used to work at the same Taco Bell location for over a year, it really isn’t hard to get orders right.

Its EVERYTIME we order at this location that we never get all our food or the food is wrong. Its pitiful that the MANAGER cant even own up to their stores mistake. She sends other people to the window to apologize and remake the food. Im done with this store. The only reason ive given it multiple chances is because of Melanie. She is the best person there and genuinely gives a crap about customers. Unlike others there.

This is the store right near my house, I’ve given it a few moths to see if it was just a few bad nights. Nope, the food is always unsatisfactory. Queaadillas are basically just grilled bread, hard shells are always stale and taste like plastic. Something needs to be done about the lack of quality at this store

This is the most amazing Taco Bell. The staff is very nice (though currently in training), the food was very good, the place is spotless and the atmosphere was spectacular. I’m not sure why anyone would go to Dollywood when you have this Christmas miracle right here. I think Buddy from Elf works here. Did I mention “Free Candy” bar?

Went in twice this past week in the morning before noon. Whoever is making the food is doing a fantastic job, the guy that handed me my order was super kind and I just think the Maynardville, TN Tacobell is doing a great job in my most recent experience. Give credit where it’d due!
