Wow, what a great find. This place is amazing! We ordered the crab cakes and baked ziti. Both were very good, but the crab cakes are the best I have ever had. (This from someone some who lived close to Maryland.) Our server was excellent. We ended by getting a canola. I can see this will become our go-to place in the future.

Our first time at Casa Mia was exceptional. Our server Aaliyah guided us through the menu options, she was friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests. The food was amazing, hard to choose which dish was our favorite. From the appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious. The tiramisu was fantastic, coming from an Italian family. We already made reservations to go again, very satisfied with the food and service. 10/10

We went for happy hour on a Thursday and the team and venue were delightful (Aaliyah was our server)! We really enjoyed the happy hour mussels and Maryland crab cake spring rolls. As someone who used to summer on the shores of the Chesapeake, I know my blue crab—and these brought me right back! We also really enjoyed the meat lovers pizza but we were a little too full from the appetizers to really have more than a slice or two, but they gave us a box to take home and enjoy later.
We can’t wait to go back! Reasonable prices, excellent food/drink menus, really friendly staff and good atmosphere. Clean and comfortable! Would be a great spot to hang out at the bar or sit at the tables with a bigger crowd.

At the recommendation of a local, we stopped in here for supper. Every dish was perfect. My husband and I had to try the crab pizza, and so glad we did. Our friend’s shared the 8oz crab cake and said it was wonderful. Enjoyed key lime pie and took some to eat later.

My wife and I are down from Baltimore visiting our good friends. Since they have moved here 4 years ago they haven’t found a place with crab cakes like home until now. Everything is as fantastic. The food is as amazing but as good as the food was the service was even better. Friendly and making our time with them enjoyable. Crab cakes were the star of the show. No filler all lump ! Even tried the bourbon Duck wings and they were great.

I have been told to try this place out for the crab cakes, so we did! We were in the mood for pizza so did the crab balls appetizer. They were flavorful, tender and delicious. We then had a margarita pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms. The crust was perfectly baked Neapolitan style, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. One of the best meals we have had here. We will be back!

Excellent food and service. They won 2025 Best of the Beach. Went for Happy Hour, 4-7, on 11/7/25. Ordered the most delicious Crab Cake Egg Rolls and a Cosmopolitan. Cooked to perfection and served with Santa Fe sauce. Can’t wait to go back

We loved our crab cake platter at Casa Mia. We have had Maryland crab cakes and Casa Mia’s were even better. The jumbo lump crabmeat with very little filler were delicious. The Caesar salad.and side dishes were great too. The server was very helpful and attentive. Also loved the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. I’m hoping to go back soon.
