Just left went through the drive thru and got a very dry roast beef sandwich. I asked for both sauces. The girl swore she put them in there but she didnt. I looked and said no there isn’t any sauce. She still argues there is Arby sauce in the bag Only gave me horsey, so there isn’t any arbys sauce to help the horribly dry sandwich. Sad too cause the guys who work the druve thru are alot more friendly, nice and accommodating to the guest. And this is the worst sandwich

I have always been a fan of Arby’s. My favorite sandwich has always been the Cordon Bleu, but they did away with it for a few years. But now it’s back, and that, along with a large size drink and curly fries, is my go-to meal.

Easy ordering experience. Cashier was friendly and helpful. My kids love the armchairs in the restaurant; they feel very grown up sitting there. There’s also a railing by the cash register that’s a lot of fun to climb on.
Food was what you expect from Arby’s. We got an after-school snack of some sliders and fries during happy hour, and they were nice and greasy. Drive through was busy, but they were still quick and got our order correct.

Told them 4 times what i wanted and gave my app code. Double charged me and argued with me and didn’t want to refund half my money. Service is horrible. And the food was cold

Is it possible to get an actual chicken biscuit as pictured via adds? I ordered a chicken biscuit meal during breakfast and got a single chicken tender on a biscuit after a five minute wait for chicken. You guys have chicken sandwiches so it’s possible and logical to think that would be the better option.

This is a mixed review. The drive through service was super friendly, and even wrote a hand written “thank you” on the receipt. They were also super slow. I was at the window about 10 minutes. I ordered the new fish, and it was terrible. Tastes like it came out of some frozen dinner from the 80s. It was soggy and rubbery. The fries though were hot and crispy on point.

I went thru the drive thru. A few cars were ahead of me. Still I ordered, paid and had my food in about 4 minutes. Hot and as I requested.
The guy at the window was nice as well. The lady gave me my food and reminded me that my jalapeno poppers were hot . I liked the reminder.

I usually never leave feedback just the stars but I want to thank the cook today! The chicken sandwich was so fresh, moist and crispy and the fries were fresh and amazing it was an unusually delicious combo, took me back to when Arby’s was the champions of the drive thrus growing up, definitely going to come to this location at Palomar anytime I want some Arby’s!! So Thank you to the Palomar Center staff for an awesome late lunch!
