The time is now 12:58pm and the day of Nov. 24th 2025. My daughter wanted pizza so we came to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. I asked if there was any fresh pizza coming up and I was told no. I asked did I have to eat this hard pizza and she said that it’s always the same excuse. I never come in to eat, I order pizzas to go and I’m so upset right now that she would blame me for wanting fresh pizza. I paid $22.60 I should be able to get fresh not hard crust. I will never dine in here again. I’m so pissed I could cry! I took pictures of the pizza just so you could see it’s not fresh at all and I was not trying to make a scene I just wanted fresh pizza since I paid $22.60 I only took 2 bites off one pizza and one bite off the other, that’s not $22 worth of nothing!

Past two times ive ordered its been a disaster. Few weeks back they managed to deliver our food to another customer and act like we did something wrong. My ring cameras verify they where never at my place to begin with. Most recent order, simple pizza, cheese one one half sausage and cheese on the other. I paid for what my grandkids wanted and thats what i expected to get. They made a mess of that and when called, absolutely refused to work with us on making it right. Non Profesional manager ended up hanging up on my wife instead of making it right. I really did like their food but their complete lack of customer service has lost them a regular customer.

My toddler and me stopped in here for a lunch. We went with the lunch buffet. Food on the buffet was fresh and hot. We really enjoyed the breadsticks. It was a good lunch for us.

Had buffet today at Collinsville Pizza Hut and was served cold pizza we waited 40 minutes for some fresh pizza and left when we watched people come in and had to eat pizza that has been sitting for at least an hour. Do not recommend this place to anyone

Horrible, undercooked, pulled too early from the oven and I knows this to be the case since I have worked at 3 different pizza hut locations 2 of them as a manager. Not to mention the bubbles in the dough. I ordered the normal pan pizza and a hand toss they sent the square and a hand toss.. im sorry that is not the same no matter how you see it. I dont like square slices.. the pizza to crust ratio is off. If your not going to send what someone ordered then you should call and ask for permission to send something else in its place.. that is simply poor management!!

Order a large pizza, full pepperoni, half add onion and green bell pepper. Cut into squares. Simple order.
But it wasn’t cut in squares, which isn’t the end of the world just annoying that they can follow simple directions or too lazy to read. But then the toppings I paid for, were only on about a third of the pizza. Just terrible experience overall. Won’t be back cause this isn’t the first time with this location or franchise. They just have low expectations despite raising prices over the years. Only pizza place that charges you for Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Yet they can’t make your food right hardly ever.

Was told I’d get a $7 credit for half the pizza since only half of it wasn’t made right lol. Went back last month to use that credit and it wasn’t even put in. Will never be back! Pizza Hut is trash now

I have celiac disease. I ordered a gluten free pizza and a salad. they delivered a hand tossed pizza without calling and saying anything. I ate 2 bites before I noticed. I brought the pizza back and asked for a refund. they didn’t give it to me. I told them I had to have gluten free and you can’t just change an order without calling. Now I have been sick with muscle aches, Stomach cramps, and head aches for the past 3 days. would not recommend anyone allergies eat there.

Just left Pizza Hut cause no one attend us. We sat down for a while, then walked up front to see if we can grab their attention but no one ever approached us. Just kept getting ugly looks.
